The best clothing and service around!
Just love Jamie Kay and it’s the kids brand I return to again and again. Nothing compares to their quality and beautiful designs but even more their customer service is incredible. I had a mix up with my delivery and they got back to me in record time, sorted it out and even left a little treat for the kids in the package. We love Jamie Kay!

I have been shopping at Jamie Kay for a total of three years. Every experience I have had with their customer service has been amazing! Very pleased with their customer service and response time. Had one my birthday sale packages open during transit to me and lost one of the nylah bows that fell off the cardboard and out the bag some where along the travel. They responded quickly and was able to send me a replacement 2pk and keep the single bow that stayed in the bag. I shop a lot of places with four kids and Im a minor shopaholic, but with them making it a hassle free/pleasant experience I’ll definitely be spending more of my money into a business that handles these bummer situations so well on top of their cute and good quality kids clothing. Thanks again to the pleasant Customer service agent who helped me, and rest of the company for keeping good standards and making our kids quality stylish clothing. Keep up the good work!
