It's a con

Placed an order for a blazer on 10 August 2022. Have received nothing , been fobbed off by them saying delays by postal strike / sending it next day delivery etc. Can't get hold of them by phone or what's app.
Don't waste your money , you will not get any joy from this company . Website should be shut down . Not fit for purpose.

do not purchase anything from them

I ordered a RAMC blazer, patch, tie and veteran trousers from there site in September 2022. initially there was some confusion about sizing but received a email stating it will be posted some three months later. to date I have not received the items, I have sent 10+ emails, contacted them on Facebook messenger and rang the phone number listed multiple times with no answer. I have requested a refund and have yet to receive it. check out their FB page comments.

5 months failed to deliver

5 months failed to deliver, hardly answers phone, does not answer emails. Lies and more lies about situation. Send me a false delivery for "ips" with a scam website, google IPS delivery scam. Would not trust and would not deal with. Fortunately I was covered by method of purchase and got a refund but this place is lie after lie!

Good products but poor comms - keep trying via the phone!

I ordered a new RAF blazer with buttons on November 5th which did actually arrive before Remembrance Sunday as published on their website. Unfortunately I was out so missed delivery, this could have been avoided if I had received a delivery notification but it didn’t matter in the end as the blazer was too big.

I sent it back the following week (recorded) requesting to exchange for a smaller blazer but heard nothing for 6 weeks. No acknowledgment or responses to emails or Facebook messenger and couldn’t get through on the phone.

I was about to cut my losses and try to get my money back from the credit card provider but thought I’d try to call one last time. I managed to get through straight away around lunchtime and spoke to a really nice guy who was very apologetic and resolved my issue straight away.

Seems like they are severely understaffed and extremely busy especially around remembrance weekend. The lack of communication really needs sorting out, it’s not unreasonable for customers to expect to receive shipping/tracking alerts these days - even if using the “Royal Fail”.

If you have issues with your order I’d suggest persevering and just keep calling until you get through to someone.

Not a great online shopping experience but satisfied in the end.

SCAM . LIEING CON ARTIST

I wish I looked at this before placing a order!!! SCAMMING , LIEING,Thieving scum bags. Do not order PLEASE PLEASE you will not get anything !!! I ordered on the 15th of November its now 23 December. Over 120 times I tried to call and various emails . I spoke to a bloke twice and all I get is lies and false promises!!! Im a war vetrain and you ripped me of !!! Your disgusting and I wish I lived closer .
You have Ruined my Xmas.

Body warmer

ordered a body warmer with my late fathers regimental badge on at to chase order. Order was dispatched next day due to awaiting my size to arrive was also sent a free t-shirt with emblem on. Very impressed with the items

Avoid!

1 Star given reluctantly. AVOID This SCAM organisation at all costs. You will not receive what you pay for, will be lied to in any communication with them. Just read the reviews they speak for themselves and hang on to your cash.

Avoid

Ordered a hoody and was advised it would take 10 days to deliver. 1 month later I’d received nothing. I called and emailed with no response. Finally got a response to Facebook message and was told it was posted the previous Monday. 1 week later it hadn’t shown up so an obvious lie. I messaged again and after some time I got a message to say they would send it and include a free gift. I refused and asked for a full refund but heard nothing back from any other message. About 1 month later I received the hoody (no gift). It took over 3 months to get this hoody I ordered. Absolutely cowboy company. Avoid at all costs.

High Quality Clothing

Ordered a Blazer and shirt online 8th September and it arrived 5th November … however this was not Joint Services fault, Royal Mails service was appalling! From the packages inside the parcel received the items had been back forth through Royal Mail despite a 48HR delivery and the address being correct Royal Mail were the ones responsible for the late delivery

When the clothing did eventually arrive it’s high quality and a very happy customer

Stay well away from these Cowboys

Ordered bespoke Blazer, Trousers and Shirt on 20th September 2022.
Received an email immediately saying my order will be with me in 10 working days..... after 14 Working days, I call them. Theyassure me my order will be with me by the following Monday, latest... order didn't arrive! 2 weeks later, called again. Met with answer phone message to direct questions to their Facebook Page... I message them... they didn't even pick that up for a week. I email them twice. I continue to Message on FB, I call.... no answer. Tiday I call and get the same answer phone message, I leave a message for them to call back but could hear someone breathing at the other end. Anyway, no one has called back.
I've had to open up a dispute with my credit card provider to get my money back.
And I will provide photo's uf anyone wants to read the messages sent but never answered.

Poor Service, Poor Communication, Late and unmet orders on their Facebook Page Comments. Disgusting way to fleece service people.

Stay well away from this company!
