Jollies 

I use this Kettering Sore regular for my cat food and wild bird food and I have found that generally everyone is very nice when serving me. However when I went in a couple of weeks ago I found the service really poor. I am a Customer Service Manager and feel you need to have a look at your Managers attitude. I asked to speak to a manager regarding a query on the price of something and when he came over, his whole tone was poor. I think I must have disturbed his closing up routine. Personally, needs some training on escalation! I am now going to use the new Pets at Home where the staff are happy and helpful - Leaderships starts top down ......

Our local store is Monks Cross it is always very well stocked and the staff are very friendly and helpful good discounts on a lot of the items and definitely worth being a regular customer

Notice in store stated that if you sign up for their pet club then you receive a 10% discount. Signed up when I got home, expected to have the 10% discount. Visited today and didn't receive the discount. Not only that, the cashier was very rude and arrogant kept taking the items out of the basket and dropping them onto the counter.

Fabulous fun filled circus kids loved it only 5 pound per person and even hot dogs chips popcorn candyfloss was only 3 pound an amazing day out for all my family thankyou so much for a good afternoon at aldridge site on Sunday 29th june

Apparently it has been discontinued but they’ve not told anyone.
Mobile website does work. Can’t load vouchers.
Is this store in trouble because it seems to be falling apart and nobody who works there cares??

I booked a second groom for my labradoodle at the Widnes branch on the 10th march for the 20th of may to be told less than a week before ,that they needed to cancel my groom ..they asked me to call and rebook..I called three times left messages.no reply very bad customer service

Tried to get guinea pig house put only Bolton and Peterbrough as them in stock. They have 20 in store in Bolton. Contacted customer support be they said they can not transfer the item. Very Poor service.

The soft toys are ridiculously dangerous. With easily swallowed plastic squeaker. With no warnings at all.

Quality of items, and very helpful staff approach, always makes the buying experience pleasureable.

Hannah from the Trostre store. inquired about a bird cage over the phone, Hannah out one together ready for collection in 30 minutes. Very pleased with her product and customer service. also lovely and friendly girl :)

Also normal hours on Good Friday. Jolly good!

Went to the harlow store on 1st December, saw they had a blue male budgie but weren't ready to sell as needs to be in Quarantine. The young man went to ask when they would be ready. He said they would be ready on the 5th. I planned my day to come first thing to be told they won't be ready now until the 7th. The budgie for was for a Christmas present then to be told they can't be sold for Christmas. Why the hell are you selling them in December then? It was actually meant for my uncle 80th birthday but he only wants a blue one so it would now be for Christmas. I said I've had to miss my sons Christmas church to then be told by the lady that it's not her fault for not planning my day. If I was told they would be ready on the 7th I wouldn't not have be turning up on the 5th. I now can't make the 7th due to work commitments and its a busy time of year so that's why I planned for the 5th. My uncle is 80 and lost he's other budgie and is desperate for another for company. I understand about the quarantine but the budgie would be the only one not in an aviary. Very disappointed in the service

Communication with jollies over delivery was excellent, id just like to say my table and 2 stools arrived, easily put together and they look amazing, beautiful I'm colour very heavy steady table and stools not at all cheap quality or flimsy I am very very happy with my purchase and will recommend...my sister inlaw has already asked the the site to order stools from.. thanx very much I am a very happy customer ...

I would highly recommend jollies Newry Iv been using this store for years and all the staff are so friendly and helpful I was there on Monday and was new too using revolute and because my internet was down thanks to Chloe she went out off her way to connect me to her own hotspot and helped me through all the steps necessary

So, i have tried to email customer services as they advised about my complaint, impossible to reach. So here i am again about FANCY MICE. Your reply to me me was questionable. you sell them in pairs for companionship, when i spoke to the assistant she said if there was an odd number in the cage she could sell me one! SO why would she think there would be an odd number in the cage, if you claim you never have one on its own? surely they arent born in pairs. please could you give me a suitable contact to discuss this.

I received an email offering a discount for to day. When I went to the store I was told the discount was only valid on line. When I got home I tried to order on line and it said the item I wanted was out of stock at my local store even though there had been plenty of stock when I visited. It appears that the discount email is a scam that they don't want to honour.

Not usually the sort of shop I need But as I have temporary care of my brothers elderly Rottweiler I went in to the Maidstone branch today for the particular brand of food he needs
Having unknowingly picked up the wrong choice the very helpful assistant at the checkout guided me to the right area and brand I required I am thinking about getting a rescue dog in the near future So I now know where to go if I need help with pet dietary needs

I would just like to say how impressed I was with a wonderful and a dedicated staff member called Alice..
she had a brilliant smile and was so professional & targeted the problem and really knew her stuff as had complications with Jab card as from a different area ,
new pup “Pongo” just loved Alice also….
amazing lady who I want to go back and see and had great advice and information….
also the Vet doing the jabs was very nice also… very impressed.. will be back all the time now to buy feeds for all my animals x4 dogs & parrot..

Excellent foods my dog is hypoallergenic found great range of goo for him including frozen and wild food staff too brilliant he loves it very picky dog tho. Helpful lovely staff and great prices and member offers

Visited today to get a water fountain and food suitable for our cat. Huge thanks to Jennie who was a great help with honest advice. It was very clear that she cares and this was very reassuring.
