went to buy a harness for my dog in the Clydebank branch, was shown a great variety by Emma, was unsure of size required as he is a short legged lab who has a bit of weight. Emma advised to come back with him and she would help to fit harness. Returned later in the day and Emma took the time to try a selection of harnesses on him for the correct fit. She was excellent and her customer service was great even when he kept rolling on his back for her to tickle his tummy!!

A big thank you to Dani at the Bolton store, she was polite professional and extremely knowledgeable. A credit to the store and the company

Went to purchased a couple of Guinea Pigs for my sons birthday. The level of customer service and knowledge on the animal was excellent and the staff member (Matt) was able to provide an in depth knowledge for the long term care of the animal which was gratefully received. Couldnt recommend enough

I needed advice on what type of harness and muzzle would suit one of my dogs. My Yorkie has a problem with a restricted trachea and as she is also a scavenger (which recently led to massive complications through having ingested some toxic substance).

Karolina was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and is a credit to the East Dereham store. We returned after our dog had recovered and purchased a new lead, suitable harness and muzzle as well as some dog food. Unfortunately Karolina wasn't there on this visit, but we had lots of hands on help from the assistant manageress.

I would not hesitate to recommend this store and staff.

I always take my Dog Polly into Jollies in waterlooville to buy her biscuits she really loves going in as she knows very well that she will receive a treat and excellent friendly service and advice .on this visit 21/11/2018 I bought a new collar for her and we hit a good fit and excellent collar helped by Susan.

My first visit to this shop in Bedford ... Very very helpful young lady guided me through things I would need with a new puppy with lots of general advice. A very positive experience

We were in this morning, Annmarie the store manager was the most welcoming person. Annmarie was very helpful and gave us all the information that we had asked for on our dog. She went into great detail about our breed of dog and his diet and what he should be fed. She also recommended a harness which worked instantly against him pulling. We also asked about recall methods and Annmarie suggested the hotdog recall method, as soon as we had the packet of hot dogs in hand We had our dogs attention. We had been in before and the staff that were working were just as friendly and helpful. Because of this amazing experience we will be making Clydebank jollyes our go to pet store.

Not happy at all. I visited with my two young children one member of staff in particular was rude and off putting and other one didn’t know anything and it took 3 staff members to serve a guy ?? When there was about 7-10 dead fish which my daughters pointed out

I went in to the Bolton store, needing some advice on Flees, and a man called Paul approached us. He could not be more helpful if he tried, he was very good at explaining the best products to use, and the best way to protect our home.
He was absolutely a credit to the company. Really helpful, without being pushy in any way to buy certain products.

I visited the Hailsham store on Saturday 30th December '17.

As I walked in I saw a member of staff serving another customer to fit a harness for her dog, the customer looked delighted (and so did the dog! :)/ The customer went to the tills to purchase the harness.

I wandered off and reached the dog food section where I wanted to be. The same lady staff member approached me and asked if I needed any help. I said yes and we had a good ten minute conversation. I have to say, this lady, Emma, is an absolute credit to the company. Really helpful, without being pushy in any way.

I came away feeling as pleased and looked after as the first customer, so did my dog who loves the kibble I bought.

I hope my comments will be relayed to Emma. I would certainly recommend Jollies in Hailsham. Thank you.

Jollies in Congleton Cheshire are the most helpful assistants I have experienced for a long time. Their customer service is always second to non and they are so cheerful. I use this store all the time. This week I have visited twice dou to having problems with my dogs diet, Jollies were so helpful and accommodating. Excellent, a well deserved 5 stars all round.
