I went to the Dereham branch today, great in store help and assistance with Knowledgable and friendly staff.

Been buying my pet food from Jollies since they first opened in Bangor NI. Great staff. Polite friendly helpful.

Lovely staff very helpful love the products so as my dogs get discount every month

Love this store very disappointed to see dirty fish tanks looks like they haven't been cleaned recently

Jollies is our only local large pet store in Hailsham, it's brilliant because the staff are always helpful. Not always so knowledgeable but great with carry outs.

I have just taken my 12 week old labrador puppy into Jollies Flint store and really impressed with the customer Service. Was looking for a harness and new lead. Rach came over and was a huge help. She fitted the harness and measured it making sure comfortable and gave me lots of advice. Lovely staff in this store. Best pet shop around.

Excellent place to shop for your dog, Michelle & Dave has a wealth of knowledge especially with regard to food and always aims to give the best for there customers and their dogs. Cannot recommend enough.

Been to my local Jollies Milton Keynes a few times this week to find a product that was advertised online for click and collect only but was out of stock I find it shocking I was still able. To add this to my basket and would been able to purchase this to be disappointed.
I returned to my store to ask the question. Staff where very friendly and apologised for the mix up with the online store.
I've been looking in the store for the last couple of weeks and it hasn't returned looking around the store there is alot of one product but empty shelves of other things.
The product was Johnson's Clean 'N' Safe Birds Disinfectant. I've used this for years so I had a little left but not had to purchase from another retailer online.
Hope the empty spaces in shelves are restocked soon with at least of couple of products.

Please note this review is on my service today buying fish not a review on the overall service, they need to have their staff trained as they differ. I went to buy fish today l0th Feb 202l and wanted 3 fresh water fish and just set up tank. I have been keeping fish for years but just set up another aquarium, the advise for new set up is set up the tank and allow it to stand for 24 to 48 hours before putting fish in its been this for meny years. Use tap safe for the water and allow the filter to run for for the 24 to 48 hours to clear any foreign objects in the set up.

They refused to sell me fish because they said the set up should be at least a week before putting fish in never heard this from any supplier in all the time I have been keeping fish, might be this for tropical fish I don't know never kept tropical, I said no its not so she got the manager. The manager said I was correct 24 to 48 hours for fresh water fish, it wasn't the mistake that was the problem it was the service here is a young assistant talking to a senior like if they haven't got a clue that is reason for 2 star lack of respect, I decided not to buy my fish from them because they should know the rules, this could effect my future dealings with Jollies as have delt with them for years and expect better from them

Sadly because of lockdown my regular fish supplier is shut,but they need to teach their staff to listen and be polite and realise they can be talking to people who kept fish before they where born, until now always had a top service from Jollies.

Just adopted a rescued dog from Dogs Trust. Needed some essentials for him (we are new parents). Oliver at Eccles has bee great and very patient and helpful. He is great with our dog as well, wanting to see him and make him welcome.

Hannah at Gallows Corner was very helpful. I was some what in a panic about my fish tank. She was polite, and patient and helped with suggestions. Also Shawn was very helpful when I spoke to him. I will definitely recommend Jollies to other pet owners. I am now feeling less stressed.

Just wanted share my experience from the St. Helens store , I purchased a massive corner cage for my new birds , and I was worried about it fitting in my car , Nathan was a great help getting the cage , but I’ve got to mention how amazing Harriet was , she came to my car as I was worried it wouldn’t fit , and she actually took the time to help me get everything out of the box so it fitted better , I needed help with the boot being attached to the hook as that’s the only way I could get it in, “my mistake” with my small car, but again Harriet took the time to secure it and to really show a service which isn’t in her job description, she went over and beyond and I hope that girl gets some recognition she deserves;

Under the current circumstances I don't believe you should be asking direct questions to buy dog food for local kennels when people are struggling to provide food for themselves and their pets. Very uncomfortable saying No but when you just been made redundant!

Fantastic, friendly staff at my local Jollies, Dartford Heath. Nothing to much trouble, knowledgeable and helpful. Well done to you all.

We went to buy a rabbit at Cadbury centre in Weston super Mare.We were served by a girl named ‘Kat’.She was so impatiently explaining things,she was not polite or friendly.Working at the pets zone ,she should be more friendly,patient,but is not what she is.

Kings Lynn store has a great staff. Friendly and helpful. Well organised in the present climate.
