I had a poor experience of ordering these. Due to the one click fast-pay system (which I thought was paypal) and a window in my browser suddenly closing - I ordered the same items twice in error. The retailer is insisting I pay for return of these bulky items which will cost me a fair amount. Customer Service is very much 'computer says no'.

I do not trust this producer. I bought a winter shoes and it's not good even for light West European frost, but for a real winter, this fur is a disgrace. I don't understand why to waste a material and call this shoes winter shoes. I am not sure about exact date of buying but never again

I have a pair of Westland boots. They are shockingly bad. I bought them this time last year, but have not worn them for 8 months. In less them 6 months the sole is off and they leak. Absolute rubbish

I just purchased 2 pairs of Gloria collection and they came today. Omg they're so comfortable!! They're the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. Highly recommend will continue to purchase this brand.

I made several purchases but kept only one pair of boots that I am very happy with. The returns process was easy to use and extremely quick to complete. I will def use Josef Seibel again and again

Bought Ana51 tan boots. Looked good and felt quite comfortable. However the boot is quite high as is an ankle boot so cut my ankle. After a week or two I got pain on walking underneath toes. It may have been a coincidence as I have bunions and flat feet. The boots feel flat and hard though so it’s put me off wearing them.

Excellent quality of Fenja shoes, only a fraction too narrow at the top. Still, the shoes manage to accommodate my wide feet due to the soft leather, while rendering my feet an overall sleek shape. They are nicely lined with a cushiony insole covered with very soft leather. Overall they feel very pampering on my feet, although I wish the insole was wider at the toes.

JS was my favourite supplier. Ordered pair of boots. Only shipping is by the totally hopeless DPD. DPD say they delivered them but haven't. Driver took a picture of the bag only so no clues as to where they were left. Driver also spelt the delivery address wrong. Useless. After 3 emails and a phone call, I have to at least 6 more days to get refund. No they can't send a replacement. Can't ship any other way. Thanks a bunch. J S has lost a customer.

Boots delivered quickly and looked exactly like the picture. I got a size smaller than usual and that fits perfectly.

Had a bizarrely mean-spirited online customer service experience.
Previously only positive experiences with this company but this time they just wouldn't go that extra mile to be a bit more helpful or kind. They just needed to say sorry and that would have made me feel a bit better about the whole delivery failure. Too much to ask even though you've paid £hundreds for an order!

I was worried about the reviews I saw here but needn't have worried. My order came no problem, the shoes were beautiful and the ones I returned were refunded without any issue.

I loved the comfort and look of my Seibel shoes but am very disappointed that this is the second pair of them that have developed a split right through the sole to the inner lining across the ball of the foot. They have not been worn heavily.

Great service - returned the first pair as too large but got a refund processed quickly and a smaller pair delivered promptly. Trainers are very well made and stylish

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased shoes directly from the Josef Seibel Canada which said free pre paid returns within 30 days of purchase. The shoes did not fit and I tried numerous times to contact them by phone and email to get the pre paid info for the return. I left 3 phone messages and 2 emails and still have not heard back more than a week later. I ended up having to ship back at my own cost. I will NEVER purchase another pair through their store or any other store of that brand.

I've been wearing Seibel footwear for many years. It never fails to achieve a very high standard of fit, comfort, style and value for money. They last for years. They keep on top of fashion and our changing world. Vegan footwear love it. On line purchasing is simple and delivery is very fast.

These trainers are really comfortable and well made.

I have new Elli trainers in a beautiful blush pink colour. They are just as comfortable as my other Josef Seibel shoes - I love them!

I usually buy Josef Seibel shoes in store (they are really good quality and so beautiful!) but this time I was desperate, so bought them online. I wish Josef Seibel included shoes width in their shoes descriptions. Plus, why not free returns like in so many other online stores? I had to pay for my return and it wasn't cheap.

Purchased a pair of Joseph Seibel casual shoes a few months back, I haven't worn them a lot but already the heel and sole are wearing quite considerably, shame as the upper seems quite well made but let down by a cheap sole, which of course is practically unrepairable. Such waste. Unlike my shoes from M&S which I have worn quite a lot and still looking good.
