Fast delivery and product as excellent

The products, packaging and customer service are all fantastic. The delivery courier used on my most recent order delivered a parcel that looked as though it had been handled rather, erm, aggressively! I contacted Just Natural and they immediately sent me a replacement jar of the product that had suffered the damage. The packaging is environmentally friendly, and substantial enough to (ordinarily) protect glass jars and bottles. On this occasion, the parcel did look as though it had been dropped from a height, or gone through some sort of battle, but only one jar had broken of the several I had ordered. Excellent work!

I made an order with Just Natural because they had a vegan chocolate bar I liked. I bulked up my order with other stuff like canned goods, and when it arrived (very quickly) I got everything but the chocolate bars!! And one other item was badly damaged since it had pressed up against cans with no protection. I asked for them to resend the chocolate bars and instead they just offered a refund. While I understand to them it might be a fine solution, it was not to me.
Update: I have used Just Natural many times now and the delivery is always quick and they deal with any questions quickly. While there is often issues with some items being a little damaged, generally the items are good and the service is good. I therefore believe they deserve 4 stars

I have got one package broken and all over the box and I emailed them and they got it sorted with a refund.

Got what I ordered in double quick time. Glass jars were involved and the packaging protected them well without any sort of plastic being used.

My order ,liquid hand soap, was sent to wrong address. Despite me alerting them they still delivered to this address. They have told me that unless the item is returned to them I will not get either the item or a refund. Do not use this company is my advice as their response to what was their mistake quite frankly is disgusting.
Update , they finally put it right I now have my order but could have done without the hassle.

What can I say this salt is the best tasting salt I've ever tasted the salt is almost wet which to me seals the deal on how fresh it is. I've got another sea salt and the crystals are clear white I'm questioning how unhealthy they are. The celtic is grey very moist and tasty. Will be back again but being limited to 2500mg per day it may be a while. Amazing customer service amazing delivery speed amazing salt that's packed with over 80 essential minerals our body needs need I say anymore

In relation to discount codes, communication with the customer at checkout point is very poor and you end up loosing good deals due to lack of communication and when you email customer services for resolution the response is shortsighted and not in your favor.

Everything I ordered came pretty quickly. I had been looking for a new handwash refill after the company I used to use went out of business. Several seemed a lot more expensive, but JustNatural had the same product I used to get at a reasonable price.

The buckwheat was very powdered and not large flakes like other companies we normally buy from. So will not be purchasing them & goes straight in the recycling bin as can’t make porridge or crumble with it . Shame as just wasted money unnecessary & will return to normal supplier which is organic & quality much better. Can you refund the items as bought 2

Can you refund the products if I return them :- but not paying for post shipping as I don’t feel it stands the quality tests in comparison to other brands
The only product that was used is the Celtic salt .
Very dissatisfied on this occasion
& good will gesture would be appreciated considering how much I spend on products I can’t use for my dietary requirements

I love this company. The delivery is so quick, and they send me special offers which is so helpful to my budget therefore much appreciated. But I was very disappointed to see that they purchase some of their foods from China. They do not list on their website where that particular product comes from so I cannot check the country of origin before I purchase. I placed a very large order of all Organic food products and I found that their Organic Haricot beans, red kidney beans and Aduki beans are all from china to my disappointment. With my research I do not trust any food coming from China even if it is Organic. I wish the owners would look into this and source their food products elsewhere and not China. If you are not bothered where your food comes from, then this company is great for all your food shopping.
