Excellent timekeeping and demeanour
Keens said my delivery was to be between 12.00 and 2.00pm. Got a phone call at 11.40 to say delivery was at 12.00, and arrived precisely at that time !! Excellent service. The 2 lads who delivered my bed and tables were polite and helpful. Removed the packaging as well.

I purchased a mattress for a double bed
The member of staff who helped me make a suitable choice was very informative and spent quite a length of time with me .
The delivery went very smoothly and I was kept well informed .Item delivered on the day and within a short time slot - no waiting around for half a day .
Delivery team also very helpful .
All in all , a good experience .

The staff at Keens were very helpful. I picked a beautiful 2 seater sofa from the Outlet at Keens at a very reasonable price. The delivery men were very helpful and put the sofa together. We love our new sofa! Great price and great service! We have no hesitation buying from Keens again. And will do in the future! A shop of Quality and lovely staff! Worth every pound & penny!
