We had decided to buy our first caravan, with a million questions, Jason was absolutely amazing, always happy to help and answer all the questions we had, everything he did was above and beyond!!

Handover by Darrell was also excellent, again answering any questions, made us feel like nothing was too much trouble!

We had a few areas on the caravan after purchase that needed looking into and all the staff were helpful and rectified everything quickly.

This worked as it should do.
No hard sell and efficient and knowledgable sale.
Handover very thorough.. the only real problem was that they could not provide a number plate as I do not carry the V5 registration for my car... but that is silly regulations.
Complication that my battery had a screw fitting, not a post but one of their engineers sorted that.
Overall, gave me great confidence and I would go back and recommend.. whereas I would not touch South Cave with a bargepole ever again.

I took our 12 month old Coachman Caravan in to Kimberley Caravans for its first service. We've experienced a few problems with it, but Ashley in the reception area handled both the handover and the pickup in a first rate manner. Most of the work was completed with one item still to resolve, but Ashley explained things really well and has a really friendly, pleasant manner. Would recommend them to other caravan and motorhome users.

Daz Miller, the sales person, conducted the viewing n sale of our caravan professionally, from initial contact right through to the sale n hand over of our caravan. As complete newcomers to caravanning, buying our first caravan felt quite daunting, but Jason Ashley at Kimberly Caravans made the whole experience easy from start to finish.

Jason took the time to understand what would suit us best and gave honest advice on layouts and which caravans would fit our needs. At no point did we feel pressured or oversold. He only recommended what we genuinely needed to get started.

The handover was outstanding. Jason spent a huge amount of time with us explaining towing procedures, setup, and all the important checks we needed to know as first-time owners. Nothing felt rushed, and no question was too much trouble.

Before collection, Jason carefully went around the caravan with us and noted anything that needed attention. The caravan was then fully serviced, all repairs completed, thoroughly cleaned, and every document and piece of paperwork prepared ready for us.

Jason is a real credit to Kimberly Caravans. It really is true that you buy from a person, not just a company, and Jason made this a fantastic first experience for us.

Good to deal with, transparent and straightforward. We agreed a part exchange price over the phone based on our description.
Once agreed, that was honoured when we came to collect our 3 year old Coachman. It is just the model we were looking for.

None of the staff were pushy which is a big put off for my wife and me Darrell was very knowledgeable about caravans and answered all our questions and put our minds at ease what we thought might be problems.Jason and Chris in the accessories shop were very helpful in advising us to choose what we needed for that first trip, yes l would recommend them to anybody that was looking to buy a caravan.

We recently purchased a used caravan from Kimberley Caravans.
