Order placed & paid for
Order placed & paid for, immediately realised I'd omitted to request different delivery address for that parcel so i emailed address change. Spoke to customer service 9a.m. next morning & detailed arrangements were made.
The order was sent to my local depot in error & as yet ( 1 week later) the parcel still not received where requested. NOT GOOD

As stated in our terms and conditions it is the customers responsibility to put in the correct delivery address. Our warehouse start process orders early in the morning and once the item has been picked and shipped we are not able change the order address.

Lovely quality size good but jumpsuits…
Lovely quality size good but jumpsuits and maxi dresses far too long,have purchased several maxi dresses but have had to pay to have them shortened which puts extra on price of item.
