Received my package sooner than expected and i already knew it was a quality rifle so i am happy with my purchase however i was not happy to learn that UPS was going to charge me $194.00 import fees after my purchase.

The response time was fantastic
The response time was fantastic. I don’t recall ever ordering an airgun and getting a shipping notice as quickly as I did in this case and I’ve purchased a lot of airguns. The response to my email was also very quick.
The shipping and customs process weren’t terrible, but they weren’t fantastic either. The tariff was higher than i had anticipated and it got delayed 2 days in the Kentucky customs hub. I know that’s beyond your control, but that’s the reason it wasn’t a five star experience.
The packaging was pretty good, (double boxed and inside a soft case),and the gun was undamaged, but both packing boxes looked like they had been crushed at some point during shipping. I think that on a gun of this price point that charging a little more and shipping it inside a hard case would be a good option. I’d gladly pay $30 extra for that.

Excellent shop and customer service. I recommend and will buy in the future too.
Benefits.
1. Good variety of products. I found bullets that are difficult to order and also prices for the rifles/pistols are good.
2. Reasonable delivery costs within EU.
3. Excellent delivery time. Guys, 10 stars out of 5. the fastest delivery I have seen so far from Netherlands to Finland.
4. Helpful customer service. They reply to all customer questions not immediately, but you will not be left alone.
Disadvantages what I have found so far.
1. Accessories prices. Some accessories are overpriced compared with other places (magazines, stands, holders).
