After comparing a lot of Saunas
After comparing a lot of Saunas, I called Kylin Saunas at Eastwood in Sydney. Paid for the Sauna and picked it up from the Local Country Depot a few days later.
The staff member found me a cheaper Courier company...so I was a very happy customer.
It's up and running...we are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Kylin Saunas to anyone looking to invest in one.

Infrared Sauna is a must!
I recently purchased a 2-person infrared sauna from Kylin Australia and couldn't be happier
From the moment I placed my order, everything was seamless. The sauna was delivered in just 2 days, which exceeded my expectations. A member of the Kylin team came out to assist with the installation, which took around 50 minutes, and thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was operating perfectly before leaving.
Having used traditional saunas in the past, I can confidently say that the infrared sauna is a much more comfortable experience. The air is easier to breathe, while the infrared panels still generate an excellent sweat session. I typically spend around 30 minutes at 70°C and come away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The sauna heats up quickly and performs exactly as advertised.
This is one of the best wellness purchases I've ever made. It's an amazing addition to our home and valuable during Melbourne's cold winter months.
Highly recommended Kylin to anyone considering a home sauna!

Kylin sales and aftersales staff are great
Kylin sales staff were great to deal with. I picked up the sauna in Melbourne and travelled back to install in regional Victoria. We had a problem with one of the side panels. The aftersales team were fantastic with troubleshooting, sent me some parts to change out. I was happy to try this. After that didn't fix the problem they arranged a service technician who came out on a public holiday and fixed the problem. Great service, locve teh sauna

Kylin 2-person full spectrum sauna
We bought a Kylin 2-person full spectrum sauna a few weeks ago. We paid for delivery but decided to do the installation ourselves. We had a little trouble installing the final side panel, but after checking the alignment of all the panels, it eventually clicked into place — saving us the $250 installation fee!
At first, we thought the red light panels on the sides were faulty because they kept switching off after a while. We later realised this happened every time we turned them on after exactly 10 minutes or when the sauna got over 60C. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the instruction booklet, so it caused a bit of concern for a few days.
We installed the sauna in our living room, and my mom said it just looks like a cupboard. We’ve been using it almost every day since, and we absolutely love it.

The lady on the phone was really helpful and patient with me. I had many different questions to ask about the styles of offer. All questions were answered and we eliminated the ones we didn't need until we found the right on and it come down to an option of 2. :)

The whole process was easy
The whole process was easy. I visited the showroom to check out the displays and then ordered online without an issue. The sauna was delivered within two weeks and easy to put together ourselves, but if you’re not handy best to pay the extra for build. It’s up and running wonderfully and I love my new sauna! And my son’s name is Kylan so it was meant to be!!

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my sauna. From my very first enquiry, the team was incredibly responsive, in fact, they were the only company that got back to me straight away.
