Great communication and efficient and on time, easy no fuss

Marais was great. Good communications and did exactly what was required. Highly recommend.

Engineer turned up on time with an earlier call to confirm. Work carried out with minimal disruption and some handy advice.

Have used Landlord Certificates for a number of years now. They have always been efficient, good with communications and their engineers are always nice and polite.

I had an EICR done which flagged that some remedial works were required.

The tradesperson who was sent round to complete them did such an appalling job and his excuse was that he was not told what was required and the materials needed in advance. The work is untidy, dangerous and not even level. It was completed in about 20 minutes!
Unfortunately, the subcontracted company is trying to worm out of rectifying the issue yet have admitted it’s poorly done. I’m hoping they will do the right thing and sort this out to preserve their reputation.

UPDATE: following my honest review, I was contacted by Landlord Certificates, who offered to put things right, free of charge. The original electrician (who carried out the EICR) redid the work and this time to a great standard. The owner of the subcontracted company, Primelectrics, was clearly not interested in resolving things, as sent a pretty passive aggressive message over WhatsApp, but things have been resolved now, albeit after an online complaint. Many thanks!
