Everything has been done in a just perfect way, from great varieties of offerings, resourceful information of distances and hotel plus flights till a noncomplicated booking procedure.

Simple way to finish reservation. Immidiate answer after request to clear some things, even it was holiday evening! Perfect!

I was always looking for a hotel site and lastminute was looking for a travel agent. I found both on this site.

I booked this trip through lastminute.at. The subcontractor was V tours in Germany.
Everything was almost perfect. Actually the one and only thing I didn’t like was the transfer when we arrived. We were assigned a small van it was already full and they still made us wait another hour not sure for what before we departed….
The transfer back from hotel to airport was excellent. Hotel was excellent hotel staff fantastic
the food was excellent, it was unexpectedly a terrific holiday.

You should put more filters in Search. Visally the webpage can be better designed.

This side my favourite travel guide. Simple,reasonable and understandable. But I doesn't like the price adjustment, why always called me.

Booked through lastminute.at 3rd or 4th time already, everything OK (again).

The price was higher that hotel site and therme day pass was not included and was not informed.

We booked a trip Vienna-Lesbos. Everything was excellent! When we arrived, we were received by an austrian lady, which spoke very correct and beautiful high german and perfect greek. She was sympathic and gave us very useful tips. The driver of the bus, Mr. Christos, was an experienced driver with master skills to manage the difficult curves in the highway of the island. Our hotel, "Nikki" WAS PERFECT! Clean, in order, beautiful, with a little balcony. The owners of the hotel were very helpful, sympathic and hard workers. We spent a PERFECT HOLIDAY thanks to the professionalism of all the people involved. Thanks to them, we enjoyed a very pleasant days. We booked, and last minute did the rest! We could rest and enjoy! THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING SO PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!

I found out a couple of days before going on holiday that the booking I made, although I went through all the steps on their website successfully, was NOT confirmed. Nothing was missing, except that they needed me to confirm the booking by telephone... 2018

Nowhere in the booking process is this mentioned.

Result was that Lastminute.at could not reach me by phone. so they wrote me a complete generic email saying that I need to call them, no reason given, no mention of a booking NOT being confirmed. In the process of booking a holiday online, you get dozens of e-mails. Some generic email from lastminute.at did not catch my attention.

Instead of following up they left it. If I hadn't realised weeks later that the booking wasn't confirmed, we would have been on the other side of Europe with NO hotel ... I had to rebook and pay around 25% extra.

Problem with this company is that they think that customers understand their internal process. Instead of trying to understand the customers perspective.

All in all a bad experience

I did not fly, i could fly next day. Nobody told us about compensation.
I will not recommend to fly with Pegasus and buy packet with TUI

1st time when i see a service where you have a multichoice of the outbound flight airports! the prices in the last minute "flug" are great - saved my vacations!
