The vacation was great value for the money.
The vacation was great value for the money. All good with online booking. The only issue that I found not ok was the impossibility to purchase with credit card online and the lack of real confirmation due to the bank delay. Anyhow all the customer support was helpfull sending us to the Airoport directly to Thomas Cook with the bank confirmation soo we didn't lost the flight. But I belive this information should be part of the invoice data. Or at least the info: if you don't receive payment confirmation please call customer service in 1 day.
