Lawnmaster operatives turned up on time, carried out the work they said they would quickly and efficiently, and gave advice on how to care for my lawn until their next visit.

I contacted the person who covers the Hampshire area. I directed him to where he could park locally. At the appointed time I received an e-mail stating that he could not find a suitable parking space and therefore would not be able to do the job. All I thought was that he was going to call to do an assessment of the lawn and did not appreciate that he would being equipment on site to do the assessment. He said “We do need easy access to the van for products and equipment whilst carrying out work to the lawn and if the van is not parked within easy access and without risk of parking tickets it simply makes the small profit in the job at risk and is therefore not viable for our business model.” He did not bother to tell me about this issue beforehand and did not feel the need to contact me to see if there was any way that we could have overcome the issues. Very poor communication throughout.

The 2 Matts are knowledgeable and helpful. I previously had Greenthumb! Not in the same league!

I first contacted Ian Stephens several years ago for help. He transformed my weed infested patch to a lush, green lawn. Now in a different property, our lawn needs some tlc and, having contacted Ian, he has come up with a plan that was clearly explained and certainly offers great value for money. I am confident he will have our lawn back to full health in no time. The communication from Ian, and Jenny in the office, is second to none and I would highly recommend their service to anybody living in the North Notts area.

We moved into our house 18 years ago and have struggled with making our lawns be and look healthy. Our final solution was to engage Ian Stephens from Lawn Master in our quest. Ian has tended our lawns for a couple of years and I honestly think we could win prizes with them now. However it's not just the magic formula he uses for the lawns but the whole process from smooth booking, great reminders and communications in general. Ian always treats us and our property with the greatest of respect. The icing on the cake is that he treats Richard, our dog, so kindly, always bringing him treats. We are grateful for what Ian has achieved with our lawns and would definitely recommend him for his expertise with the lawns and the added value of the friendship that has developed over the years.

Ian Stephen's and his team have been looking after our lawn since 2018, we were one of his first customers. Ian's background included green keeping at golf clubs so he knows what he is doing. Its very seldom we get any weeds in our lawns. If some do appear they are quickly felt with. I worked for Wilko for 45 years and even with staff discounts I could not buy products and look after my lawn for what Lawnmaster charges. Also if you don't spread the products properly your lawn gets scortched. I recommend him to family and friends.

Ian Stephens is fantastic at his job. He makes what looks like dead grass, come back to life. Ian is also very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kind. I recommend him to all my friends and family.
