You’re in safe hands
It’s been a process to say the least in finding a house for 5 of us (students) that’s affordable, yet agent Lucy Kennedy has helped us throughout efficiently, responding to all questions almost instantly, and now we’ve put a holding deposit on a house. Couldn’t have done it without her!

We have just let out flat through Leaders at Forest Hill
We have just let out flat through Selwyn at Leaders , Forest Hill branch. The whole experience from the start was handled very professionally, Selwyn explaining all the new regulations regarding letting clearly and concisely.
The first time we let out flat through Leaders was five years ago, Selwyn found very a very suitable tenant who stayed 5 years.
We therefore were confident to ask Selwyn and Macy at Leaders to let our flat again when the tenant moved out in January.
The flat was marketed very well, and efficiently. Within 24hours of advertising the flat we had an offer from a client that we accepted, can’t get better than that.
So a huge thank you to Selwyn and Macy.

I had the pleasure of having Macy show me around a gorgeous property… from the first phone call she was so professional and polite, and made me feel comfortable.
I was also assisted by Selwyn who supported me through this process. He was so friendly and efficient which helped me move through the process with ease.

Superb service!… finally!
I’ve been searching for a flat in south east London to rent and spoken with lots of estate agents but Lucy at Leaders was by far the most efficient, supportive and professional. Within minutes of enquiring she had WhatsApp’d me a video of a lovely flat which I’m hoping go ahead with after viewing. Customer service and quality like this is rare and gives estate agents the good name they should have and often don’t. Highly reccomend Leaders and Lucy! Thank you!!
