I have just ordered my fourth personal lease car via leasing options, and it’s been another great experience. I am not ‘into’ cars and find selecting a suitable vehicle a bit bewildering, especially at the moment where the cost needs to be within my budget. My account manager Cass came up with a selection of suitable choices for me to choose from

Fantastic Service
Have gone through my first leasing and the Accounts Manager, Vijay Singh has made the process so easy and stress free. Vijay was on hand for every phone call I made and walked me through the whole process of how leasing works (as I am a total novice to leasing), he answered all my questions and what I thought was going to be a lengthy process was all done and dusted in less than a week, and I’m just waiting to book a date to take delivery of my new vehicle.
I will totally recommend Vijay to any friends or family looking to lease a vehicle.
Vijay was very friendly and was able to answer any concerns I had. Great job done 👍🏽 and very happy to know he will be on hand if I have any queries during my leasing, just reassuring to know.

The website is completely misleading, cars are advertised as “in stock” but one car I tried to order was then out of stock, the next car I was told was in stock, as soon as I paid the fee and got my finance application back, it was all of a sudden out of stock. Communication was poor as soon as the money left my bank, never again

Thank you for your feedback and i am sorry to hear of your concerns and that you felt communication from us was poor. I can see you enquired about a vehicle on the 13/5/26 that was indeed a stock vehicle - and you were informed there was 1 vehicle left in stock and that we would need to process the finance application quickley. Unfortunately no vehicles can be secured until a credit line is in place and the vehicles are on a first come first served basis.
On the 14/5/26 when we had a decision back from the funder the vehicle had then sold. As you had paid a processing fee we did assure you that if we were unable to secure a vehicle this would be refunded to you in full.
I am sorry if you feel there was a lack of communication - please note from the 14th to the 18th when you spoke to your account manager there was a weekend and we operate on Monday to Friday which is why it may have felt like a gap inbetween communications.
On the 18/5/26 your account manager confirmed he is still looking to secure a vehicle for you.
I am sorry to hear you find the website misleading - please be assured all the information on the website is accurate and as it is not a live website the information appearing on there may not always reflect the true stock avalibility at the exact time you make an enquiry as outlined in our terms & conditions.
