This is my first time using Leasing options but Chris Dalton who I have been dealing with has been very helpful and very pleasant.

This was my first experience of Car Leasing and was guided through the process very well by Paul, he answered any question I had about my agreement and gave me plenty of good advice before and after I made my decision

I first enquired about a Kia Niro on 22/01 26 , they requested that I complete a finance application, which I did. After several days of no contact I chased it up and was told that the vehicle was not available and had already been taken.
As of today the vehicle is still advertised as available to lease and they are still encouraging people to apply for finance. I can only assumme that this is a dishonest marketing ploy to obtain peoples financial details for marketing purposes by advertising non existent leasing deals.

Kelly was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made the whole process feel easy, stress-free, and explained everything clearly along the way. Her communication was excellent, always quick to reply and genuinely helpful with any questions I had. You can tell she really cares about her customers and wants to make sure everything goes smoothly. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Kelly and Leasing Options to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable experience.
