great sales and lots of details but there need to be more customer reviews with customer photos. and it could be more precise when trying to locate an item - shows too much !

The discount and ordering experience is great but let's wait to see if I need to return it before I complete my review.

LNY had a return policy that seemed reasonable so even though I didn’t know the company, I took a chance and purchased. Welp, jokes on me because they wouldn’t accept a return. The product page also wasn’t marked as final sale or non returnable - I guess they just *decided* they wouldn’t accept my return.

The worst part? They wouldn’t work with me at all. I said I’d accept store credit and no dice. I also asked them to produce literally any language that suggested the item was nonreturnable and they went radio silent (because there was none).

I was interested in purchasing a few of Northeast Lantern lights. LNY ads were scrolling down the right side of the browser page and I clicked on it. The initial price shown for the outside flush mount light I was interested in gave me pause. However these products are hand made in New Hampshire by American craftspeople. When LNY offered up to a 25% on my first purchase,I jumped on the opportunity with both feet. I'll be back for additional purchases in the future.

Don’t buy anything from this company! I purchased a hanging fixture and it is defective, when you turn it on, sometimes is white light, sometimes it is yellow light and sometimes it is half yellow and half white. Each time you turn it off and on it changes. We called and was told that it is not supposed to do that. We returned it and they replaced it with one that would be tested first. The second one had the same problem. We paid the electrician to install the first one, then take it down and install the second one. Now they want me to have the electrician take down the second one and ship it back to them! At this point I paid for the fixture and paid the electrician more than the cost of the light!

In addition to truly excellent prices this company provides absolutely wonderful service. You can call anytime of the week and get immediate assistance. I had to call with a thorny question and they were able to take care of the issue right away. While I was on the phone, in fact. A+ company!

Easy ordering and coupon saved me money. I haven't received the product yet, but if their delivery is anything like their ordering, I will be pleased!
