Every support experience with this…

Every support experience with Liquid Web is resolved in a timely manner with respect. Some of the things I put in support tickets for are probably easy-peezy to others, but my most recent experience? Having the domain settings I purchased through them changed to point to my blogger site. Easy-peezy for someone else. I sent the error I was getting and they took care of it for me. I used to have my everything web-stuff at a different company but they never treated me as good as Liquid Web does. I'm a person to them, and that's beautiful!

VERY VERY WORST Server

This is very worst server compare to other server , Support system and server configuration is low level after open many cases for support still solution not provided from support guys, they are pass on ticket day by day while I am paying 290 USD/ Monthly. Also they are not sending my Refund after loss my so many client due to server issue.
NOT RECOMMANDADED !!!!

Liquid Web has proven to be a great hosting company for me. I've been with them for about 4 or 5 months.

Thus far, LiquidWeb is the best hosting company I've used. They are a bit pricey, however, you get what you pay for. I have a VPS server. Both of my sites went up quickly, no glitches. Great tech service. Nice people who work there. They certainly are worth it! It seems I went through 4 or 5 hosting companies, which were all terrible until I found Liquid Web.

much improved

ongoing issues for over 3 months. keeps getting ignored. Techs never answer the questions we pose and simply refuse to fully fix or even engage with the issues.. I have done all of the TS work here only to get generic responses back that show the techs never read the ticket.. after 3 months.. this is making us reconsider Liquid Web

Yet you did not fix it.. its still happening and your tech just tell us to ignore it, rasie the LVE cage limits etc.. but will not correct it... Unfortunately your Fully managed VPS jargon is hype. You have done nothing to fix this issue.I have provide all of the logs and leg work. And you have spent more time here on Trust pilot trying to make yourself look good than trying to fix the issue with your VPS systems,. If you want to impress me.. Just Fully Manage your VPS and Fix the issue's we have and you have acknowledged are there..

This has ended well.. with more probing we got the correct answers all around now. Thank you .

After an in-depth review by multiple senior administrators and with cPanel’s involvement, we analyzed server logs and CloudLinux LVE behavior across the affected accounts. The CPU fault alerts were determined to be consistent with known CloudLinux behavior on lower-core environments, where brief CPU bursts can be flagged even when overall system performance remains stable. No sustained load, misconfiguration, or resource exhaustion was found.

We also identified and resolved false-positive LVE cgroup cleanup warnings related to a known CloudLinux issue by restarting the LVE services, with no further occurrences observed. While we understand this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, the system has remained stable during continued monitoring.

We appreciate your patience and feedback, and we’re committed to continuing to review the case to ensure nothing has been overlooked. We appreciate the time and effort you put into troubleshooting alongside us, and we regret that this experience has led you to reconsider Liquid Web.

Awful 'business' class email

Awful 'business' class email. There's nothing business class about it. The hosting is lacklustre at best, support not even reaching the tier of mediocre but the main star of the show is the beyond garbage mail service.

Our experience with Nexcess has been nothing short of a disaster.

We requested a simple rollback to a known working backup point. Instead of performing it — something any competent hosting provider should handle without issues — Nexcess has turned this into an endless support loop with excuses, delays, and zero accountability.
In the latest conversation with their support team, they again refused to execute the rollback, claiming that we must reduce disk usage first. Ironically, most of the large files filling our disk were created on their side, without our request or approval. These include huge SQL dumps and ZIP files generated after Nexcess staff accessed our server.
To make matters worse:
Nexcess previously confirmed the rollback would be performed, yet never did it.
They created unauthorized accounts inside our Magento installation.
Our site has crashed multiple times shortly after their interventions.
They continually shift responsibility back to the customer instead of fixing the issues they caused.
A rollback should take minutes. With Nexcess, it has turned into a week-long nightmare with no resolution in sight.
For anyone running a business-critical website: avoid Nexcess at all costs. Their support is unprofessional, unreliable, and completely unable to execute even the most basic tasks they claim to offer.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sincerely sorry for the frustration this situation has caused and understand how important a timely rollback is for your business.

After reviewing your account, we found that the initial restoration could not proceed because the site had exceeded its 75 GB quota. Your files were using about 67 GB, leaving too little space to extract and replace the backup. At the same time, the overall server was over 90% capacity, preventing us from safely increasing your quota.

Some of the larger SQL/ZIP files you mentioned were created during previous restoration attempts, which we discussed in case 39993846. These were not added arbitrarily, but we agree they contributed to the storage issue.

Since then, our SysOps team resolved a separate disk-usage problem on the server, allowing us to stabilize capacity. With space now available, we’ve temporarily increased your quota and initiated the rollback. We have also updated you through case 40239577 and will continue providing progress updates.

Once the restoration completes, we’ll assist with cleaning up unnecessary files to help prevent similar issues in the future. We appreciate your patience and are committed to seeing this through.

Liquid Web Support is outstanding!

Today was not unusual for our relationship with LW. We had an issue pop up on our websites. When we contacted support - they sat with us through troubleshooting, no "holds", no callbacks. The issue escalated and as soon as Jesse Martinez hopped he fixed the issue instantly! All of our 19 websites were back up and running. He saved us many future problems by quickly resolving the issue. Jesse and Kate, were both extremely helpful, and attentive to what we needed.

This is why we will always stay with Liquid Web. For years, their support has proven to be as valuable as their products for us.
