Little Lake Lending has made it our priority to serve the unbanked and underbanked, people without regular access to banks and other mainstream financial services. According to a 2015 report from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC), 27% of U.S. households (about 90.6 million) have been left behind by traditional financial institutions because they have no credit or low credit. We are dedicated to providing transparent and fair access to funding to those others have ignored. As a direct lender with proprietary underwriting technology, we can offer our clients expedited funding, a points-based Big Fish Rewards program, superior service and cutting-edge data security. We also encourage our clients to take advantage of our Penalty-Free Early Pay-Off Policy. It saves our clients money on interest and is an important option for responsible borrowers.

I paid more that my scheduled payment the day before it was due, and I received a message saying that my next payment is due on August 28, but they took my scheduled payment out anyway.

They put in the wrong bank account number, now I’m told I have to wait until funds are returned and reapply?! How about getting employees that speak English?!

Great loan experience when i needed a stop gap loan. Not cheap by any means, but phone support is helpful and explains that clearly.

Really quick response. Paid as agreed upon in the loan contract. However, the loan interest fee is little over the top, 300%. YES. 300%. The key is to pay off more than you contracted for by paying on the principal. I am s glad that I completed my loan early.

I'm a current customer with the Little Lake Lending. I had a payment scheduled on 31 July 2026. Since I am not on an auto pay, I logged into the portal on 29 July. It had the amount due with a little red link button to make a payment. I clicked on it to make my payment, and I received a payment confirmation email on 30 July.
However, I received an email on 31 July telling me that I failed to make the payment. I called them up talked to their customer service representative named Tanya. I explained that I did not fail to make a payment, in fact I made the payment 2 days early on 29 July. I was told that since I didn't make a payment on the exact date, it was considered that I failed to pay and thus I'm placed on a delinquent status.
Their advertisement and my loan contract clearly states there is no penalty for making early payments, and yet when I did just that, they say since it's not on an exact date, I've missed my payment and is now delinquent. What kind of horse shit is that? I live up to my end of the bargain with honor, and yet I'm being penalized? What a bullshit way to treat the customer's good intentions and honor by literally throwing trash to my face!!!
