Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. I have been a VIP for some time . Requested a 4 months all I wanted . Internet setup and extensive 3 year loan . I keep telling agent don’t won’t, she reassured. You pay four months balance goes down and you’re done . WRONG. Have paid three months for the 1700 borrowed . Which pays back loan amount minus owed interest. Still expected to pay 2140 to paid off loan . That is a 100% loan value.

Was told my loan would fund same day…NOT TRUTHFUL
Was told my loan would fund same day within 2-3 hours. Day went by, No funds. Went on the website the next day. Their AI chat bot is no help whatsoever so called in. Next person I got, who was hard to understand told me it was next business day, which would have been today. Still no funds. Told me to check on Monday. The point of these high interest, predatory loans is to help people quickly. Getting the funds now 4 days after being told 2-3 hours defeats the purpose. Terrible experience.
