Livi could have saved my life! Couldn't get a doctors appointment, had a livi, held phone camera literally to my throat, doctor told me to get straight to hospital! I did 4 hours later had a small op to remove an abscess from my throat. Luckily they caught it before it spread and removed it all.

I was sceptical at first but I was very impressed with the service I received. I received an appointment within a couple of days and the issue resolved.

Fantastic idea especially if you want to see and speak to speak to someone in person.

Make referrals but no option to book referrals.
Was with Emed before, and it was pushed to Livi, which is just useless. Instantly cancelled

On the 12th November i got a message saying the appointment was delayed and would not happen at 8.40. 30 minutes later while in the toilet they called, which I obviously missed!!! I then got a text saying since I did not pick up I had to book again. That is a fu***** total pile of shit

Made appointment through employee benefit scheme. Could not get one same day nor next day but booked for Sunday 10am for my son who has a rugby injury for which we need a GP to prescribe phsyio privately. We were all ready at 09:50. It’s now 15:11 and we’ve heard nothing. No apology no rescheduling note just nothing. The apps till says the clinician will call us soon. We won’t hold our breath. No email or phone number or even a chat bot to ask what’s happening. Useless. Should have booked nhs GP as now we face yet more delay. Made a new appt - again only highly inconvenient slots available all week - and let’s see if anyone turns up. Shambles.

So easy to use Livi to make an appointment. Appointment almost immediately and doctor friendly and helpful. Used Livi several times now so would certainly recommend. Better than contacting local surgery.

Easy to use App. Managed to get an appointment when it suited me. The GP was friendly and reassuring abd helped me with my medical issue. Would definitely recommend.

The doctor called on time, listened to me and was very helpful.

Every doctor I have spoken to via video call has been excellent. In many many ways they have been more helpful than doctors from my own practice who can see me in person. It’s so difficult trying to diagnose a skin condition in person, but the Livi doctors I spoke to managed to help me via a video link.

As it’s near impossible to see a GP face to face. Livi is a god send to me. Have used this several times and never disappointed me.

Nice Dr and prescription picked up 2 hours later.

Needed to speak to a GP to seek advice following a hospital visit. Lovely GP - very attentive, helpful and gave good advice. Had to quickly review quite a bit of information in addition. 5/5 for the human element.

Additionally I managed to book an appointment for just over an hour away, which was unexpected. Ended up having to wait longer a bit longer for GP to be free.

Only 4/5 stars as appointment delayed by approx 1 hr due to technical difficulties and GP didn't have full access to my records as based in a different region. So technology could do with a bit of improvement but overall as an alternative to trying to get in person GP appointment, which wasn't necessarily needed in this case, a great option.

Waste of time !

Laura was brilliant, understood exactly what I was saying and prescribed medication that I picked up a few hours later. For minor issues this is a fantastic service.

After failing to get an appointment time on my first attempt I tried very early in the morning and was given a next day call. Doctor was helpful and responsive, gave me a prescription and good advice. We have used Livi on several occasions and have found it to be very helpful.

Called my local GP and was number 17 waiting to be answered, this would mean waiting on the phone for at least hour, I work shifts don’t have time for that. Went onto my Livi Ap booked appointment time for that day, was getting my prescription few hours later

I have used Livi several times now. So easy to book and great service and so good to speak to a G.P. Excellent
