Very relaxed shopping experience. Friendly greeting from Ellen who was highly knowledgeable and helpful while giving us plenty of space to make up our minds.
Great range of sofas and we found the one we’d been looking for after many visits to others places.
Having the big fabric samples of all the colours was very helpful too.

Catalogue of errors
What a chaotic company.
Had numerous issues trying to merge 2 deliveries into 1 so they would be delivered on the same date, despite being assured in their Battersea shop that it would be easy to do. What followed was a catalogue of errors - 5 or 6 different order numbers, no one at Loaf able to give me any information as to why, and buck passing from Loaf to their delivery partners Wincanton. Eventually we did have our bed & mattress delivered together and, in fairness to Wincanton, their helpline was much less chaotic and their service on the day was good.
We are now fighting a new battle with Loaf relating to our headboard cushion cover being the wrong size. Despite sending picture evidence, Loaf took a week to get back to us just to suggest that we were lying and that the cover fits fine. The battle is ongoing …
I have asked to make a complaint about service numerous times over the phone, and been told outright by one of their agents that they do not have a complaints department, which I find astonishing. No wonder customer issues don’t get dealt with in a timely manner as there is no proper system to go through.
It’s a classic case of this brand happily taking your money and that is where the good service ends. Would never buy from them again.

Our Complaints Team does exist, and I'm sorry you were told otherwise. All our agents you speak to via the phone are able to handle complaints so any concerns raised in this way should have been dealt with.
Given that you have picture evidence and the cover genuinely doesn't fit, I'd like to work with you on getting this resolved. We have several options available—we can arrange for our furniture repair specialists to inspect it, explore a replacement cover, or discuss other solutions that might work best for you. I am struggling to find your order details however, please can I ask that you email the details of your issues and order number to cxprioritycare@loaf.com so that a member of our Priority Care team can reach out.

My replacement pillow has been delayed indefinitely due to a system reset...?
I'm no IT whiz, this length of delay raises concern. I had a trolley worth a few hundred pounds to purchase, but lost faith that I would receive what I ordered, or at all.

Our table has arrived!
Our table has arrived!! It took 3 attempts, and has taken 2 months for an ‘in stock’ item to arrive - hence the 3 stars. But the table seems great and very solid. We look forward to receiving the chairs to go with it in Sept.

Helpful staff
We were connected with the Edinburgh store for a video consultation to check the sofa-bed we wanted would get up to our upstairs room. The store team (Lesley and others) were super helpful and even confirmed the weight for us as in the end we decided to use a sofa lift service to get it in through our front sash window.

My order has run into some sort of IT/delivery problem
The purchase of the sofa went perfectly until the collection of my old sofa needed to be added to the order. Sadly, its still not sorted and I’ve been left very puzzled why either an IT glitch or delivery firm problem can’t be sorted quickly.

Uncommunicative Customer Service my…
After a mix up at Loafs end with my order the company have not yet managed to place my new order a week later and are not messaging me back. I have been sent out some items in exchange for a refund on a delivery that didn’t happen but seeing as Loaf told me they could not complete my order due to a technical issue I do not understand how this was able to be processed?????
