Got charged full amount for preauthorization capital one. 2 days before work full amount was charged to credit card. I had to cancel my card and do the whole fraud alert with my account. 10 days no card. No work got done but was charged.

If I could give lower that than 1 star I would. I booked a service to be done on Thursday of last week. No one ever showed no one ever called the hold on my card is still there. I’ve tried numerous times to call and got through to no one. One of their numbers is an AI bot that assures me that someone from the team will get back to me as soon as possible that does not happen. Save yourself time money in hassle and do not work with this company.

Charged me and never showed up to do anything if I can give them a zero star I would lost $160

The reviews seem to be very polarized. I have screenshots, texts and email receipts and phone logs during company business hours. My dashboard on the company website shows my job was never taken by a mechanic. There must be a major disconnect. I live near chantilly va maybe that's why. So mechanic never showed and I bought a 1200$ part as told by the company website when you make appointment. So now I have a part in my car and no way to install it. I need it for state emissions so I either find a garage that will take a part I bought or eat the 1200 and have another place do part and labor. So this mistake is huge .I have tried to reschedule but can't get through. I had an 11 am -2pm slot today.

Very down to earth and knew what he was doing but of course being a range rover we have to wait on part. No fault of his at all. He tried calling numerous places to get a part sooner but was just impossible. I would recommend to anybody.He was very polite and knew what he was doing.

No need to wait for months for appointments. No need to pay for marked up prices in body shop. No need to wait for long hours to get the parts replaced. He came to my place, fixed the parts I bought within 40 mins. I had to pay less than what I would in a body shop. Great job team. This is a revolutionary service. Kudos to the great minds for coming up with this solution.

At first, I was skeptical, but Juan made a believer out of me. I was worried because the timing was slightly later than I would of liked but, once Juan arrived he jumped right to it. He was very professional, respectful, and did a great job. Without this company I don't know what I would of done, I was told not to drive any where as my inner tie rod was bent ( totally my fault I rear ended someone ). Within an hour he had me rolling again, as we pulled out of the gate I had a lose piece hanging down from before the accident. It was catching as I was driving. He pulled over and zip tied it for me, he did not have to do that! These small things are the big reasons, I will definitely recommend and reuse this company!

I am a mechanic and I worked for them on a couple of jobs this is a scam as I work as a day job during the week,the labor hours are off , the communicate with their people are just plain sad takes days for any payment to get through to me or any text back about payment for any job, the last time I had done a job I was trying to communicate that I still haven’t gotten paid and they blew me off and still never received my payment for my last job ,if this tells you anything ,DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THEM.

Saved me from having to go to the dealership and spending way more. Thank you local auto solutions. Would recommend 100x over.

They came out quick and really help me with the price

I booked a diagnosis appointment. I was told the mechanic could do a recalibration after installing a battery and he didn't have the tool to do so. I needed to schedule a separate appointment for this service, but could not be assured the mechanic would have the tool..
The mechanic was later than the appointment time and I was told they were on their way and it was an hour and a half later..
Just a bad experience with misunderstandings and misinformation..

Very knowledgeable, Honest, hard working trust worthy.
