I had to get my serpentine belt changed and after about 4 different belts and two days later the Mechanic Ismael gladly came back each time and handled the job accurately will definitely use the service again

Never used a mobile mechanic service with any company, ever. And I was skeptical scheduling to use it. Dylan made me a believer. I have an older model Jeep so it's not without its issues. And it was lifted by the previous owner to fit 33" tires. The previous owner should have extended brake lines to account for the adjusted height, and didn't. One of the front lines was positioned at an awkward angle, causing it to pinch closed. Dylan recognized the issue and instead of telling me to get it addressed, just went ahead and made a fix in the way it was routed. Quick, personable and obviously knows what he's doing. It wouldn't let me give a higher rating or I would have. Thanks, Dylan!

I’m one of the new Techs. And I had a blast today. The communication with the company was flawless. Can’t wait for the next call. This is a brilliant way to fix cars.

This is my second time using the service and I didnt leave a review before but both services were great. The mechanic was a little late due to the weather and traffic but the work was A+ once again. Will continue to use them and recommend to friends!

Absolutely do not recommend. They charged me for 6.1 hours of work performed and yet it only took them 2.5 hours to complete and would not refund me the difference. According to them, “ every shop charges you for time even if the car was done” which is obviously wrong . You pay for the time it took to fix a car. You don’t fix a car, charge them 6.1 hours even tho it took 2.5 and still charge them the full 6.1. THEY ARE A SCAM . TRASH

was dissatisfied at first due to the communication , but overall the mechanic arrived early. The mechanic was also very respectful, worked fast, and overall was good company which is always a plus. I strongly recommend

If i couls give zero stars i would. stay away from this company at all costs! complete scam company. I scheduled to have a mechanic come on Thursday at 430, but I had to buy the part. ok fine, did that and was promised they would come out the next day at 1130. delay after delay after delay. no one showed. scheduled again for Saturday. nothing. i gave them one last try today and was scheduled for 1030. time came and went and I told them if the mechanic isn't here by 12 I'm canceling. they kept saying they would give me updates on ETA. after I said I would be canceling conveniently they told me the mechanic was on his way and that was at 11ish this morning. I called just before noon for an ETA and they acted as if they were getting in touch with the mechanic. so called mechanic said he would be here by 1245. I said I would call by 1 if he didn't show up. called at 1 because surprise no one showed. they told me my transaction was voided and I went off on the person saying yes because there wasn't ever going to be a mechanic to show up. I didn't give the person the time to explain as I was frustrated after giving them a peice of my mind and hung up.

1st time for using this business. Absolutely loved it. The mechanic I had was super polite and noticed another part that needed replaced that I didn't catch it first. They showed me exactly what it was, where it was and on point for exactly what was needed. On the plus side, they were able to work around my schedule and come to my home. I was able to buy the part myself which was easier for me and just paid the labor for the mechanic. Decently priced as well. If you have any issues arise the customer service team is super helpful and understanding. I'll definitely be using more of their services. Keep up the fantastic work.

Mechanics are fast and reliable. They even told me the next maintenance I should buy the parts that need to be change worn out already.

So I own JD’s mobile auto services I am a mobile auto technician who local auto solutions had reached out to to hire to diagnose one of their customers cars which is fine because this happens a lot to me because I’m well-known and trusted and I’m a very good technician I pride myself on my integrity,the strict code of honor that I live by and transparency and compassion and love. This review is to shed some light for my fellow technicians that get reached out to by this company . Now when I finish these jobs I always get paid right away but this time was really disappointing the representative Clyde had told me they only pay technicians on Fridays and of course he waited until after I diagnosed and repaired the customers car to tell me this which was very disappointing so I waited till Friday morning and the. The afternoon then the evening still didn’t get compensated and worst off now Clyde won’t respond back to me so if your thinking about working for this establishment I encourage you to get all the information you can first before agreeing to anything and make the best educated decision for your self at that time I only want to shed some light on this company because it was literally only 70 dollars and if I’m having trouble getting paid this then this should raise red flags and speaks measures about the company it self . Mechanic came at the time he was scheduled to come. Great interaction thoroughout the process. He was fast and efficient with the job. Finished within a hour. Change out the parts, ran a couple of diagnostics, clear the code, and clean up the work area. Overall great experience

I changed my oil pump. Crank/cam shaft sensors replace and the mechanic that was sent here didn't tell me anything that I already knew . So I've paid$160 to have some stranger at my house and no diagnosis of any kind. And I didn't get a diagnostic. He couldn't tell me what was wrong. Then he was paged to go to another call and left. So I still didn't get no help.

They were super communicative and my car was fixed so quickly! It wouldn’t start at all so I needed someone to come out to my location, and it was way less than I was expecting. I would definitely use them again.

My appointment arrived early . My car was fixed within a day of making the appointment. I’ll be using this service if another repair comes up unexpectedly.

As a mechanic for Local Auto Solutions it has been a pleasure to be working with wonderful individuals. I’m pleased to help the ones in need how ever I can. I hope there’s more people out there that need there car repaired and maintained.

As a mechanic I think this is a great company to work for. I feel I am fairly compensated for the knowledge, skills and work that I do. I can't speak for everyone, but it's really simple, you schedule the work around your schedule, show up for the job you said that you would do and you are paid well for that job. The downside is the weather and depending on where some of the customers live is the space to do the work. But overall so far my experience has been positive for this company. No work now for several months! I know there's car work but nothing close to my area as the messages I continue to get!
