I paid for an appointment at 10am
I paid for an appointment at 10am. Never got a call, text or email, about the mechanic showing up or an eta or even a confirmation. They don’t pick up their phones after trying to call for an hour straight. I had to text the service number just to get a response and they stopped answering me after 1 text. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, don’t trust them with your business there are a lot better mobile mechanics in the area.

You did not pay for anything, you had the authorization on your card as stated all over the page that you booked the appointment on. You chose a window of 5-8pm for the service and the mechanic showed up at 5:30 only to find out from you later that you weren’t getting home until 7. There is an automated text message that is sent when everyone books an appointment stating we’ll reach out with a more accurate ETA as the time get closer, which you 100% received. You replied to that text message that you got at 10:55am at 5:48pm, which we replied to at 5:55pm only for you to tell us wouldn’t be home until 7… So to say there was no communication is a stretch. Yes we did fail to communicate that the mechanic was on their way as the mechanic forgot to notify us since he had the job assigned so many hours before and we owned that with you. The authorization was also voided immediately.

Why didn’t you contact us after the part was replaced to tell us and ask for more help? I will have someone reach out to you in the morning. It’s been 8 days since the service and we haven’t heard from you once, all you had to do was ask

Ains my mechanic was very helpful and courteous. The connivence of Local Auto Solutions made this such a great experience. I definitely would recommend to anyone who is having car issues that make them feel unsafe to drive that car to a physical mechanic, or for just ease of service.

My mechanic MATTHEW GIVENS IS AWESOME he is friendly he is accurate and most importantly quick !! while looking for a mobile mechanic with urgency this is one of the best Google searches I could've ever stumble upon These guys are great👍🏽

I just want y’all to know - the guys at LAS have been surprisingly helpful and friendly - in a space that’s not, put simply. Really appreciate their help in booking the apppintment correctly to David our mechanic, who arrived on time, was professional and did the job correctly and efficiently. I didn’t expect a lot, not b/c of LAS but in general my expectations are low in 2025 of ANY business. Everyone we encountered seemed to genuinely care as if they all were owners of the business - and that’s why we are coming back with our other cars as well. Glad we took the chance.

Great Service
So, I had this mobile mechanic come to my place to fix up my car, and man, it was awesome! The guy showed up right on time, which was super cool since I didn’t have to drag my car to a shop or anything.
He was totally chill and knew his stuff. Explained what was wrong with my car in a way that actually made sense to me. Had all his tools and parts ready to go, and got the job done right there in my driveway. Took his time to make sure everything was good and even gave me some tips to keep my car from acting up again.
The price was fair, no sneaky extra charges or anything, which I really appreciated. Honestly, having someone come to my house and fix my car while I just hung out was a total game-changer. Super nice dude, great service, and I’m definitely hitting him up next time my car needs some love!
