I forgot my passport bag in the car, it was left under the passenger seat.
For two days no one responds to the email, the customer service refers to the same email, which does not provide feedback.
Can't get the number of the salter from the airport.
The score is 0, but here is the smallest one star

Friendly reception staff
Friendly reception staff. There was no pushing to sell the extra insurance just a polite question if it was required and accepted no and moved on. Garage staff friendly, fun and helpful.
Car was a no charge upgrade and was clean and tidy. The only minor point being the inside of the front windscreen was dirty .

We rented at the BARI airport
We rented at the BARI airport. The staff in the airport was pleasant. The walk to their outside location was fine. The car was ready quickly. I did take the full insurance - added comfort to the process of driving in another country though I had no issues overall. I would rent from them again
