Rented from Bari airport. So easy for check in and check out. No upselling. Car was excellent and great value for money. Being a hybrid it was also super economical. Would highly recommend Locauto and will be using again for any future trips to Italy. Very happy customer.

Collection was super fast. All the other car rental firms at the airport had lengthy queues, Locauto was just a couple of people in front of me. I'd pre registered my details, including driving licence, so time at the desk was a minute or two, just what was needed to tell me details of where to pick up the car.

Great experience
Great service at the front desk at the airport, very helpfull and fast. Car was clean and in very good condition with only 15 000 km on the clock. The return was the quickest that I've ever seen. The only small negative was that the car fuel tank was not full at the pick and I've returned it full. So some 30 € plus but they've told me that I've could returned it with the same amount of fuel which I've took it with. All in all very good experience. Rented car VW Golf diesel.

Almost everything ok
Everything ok, but... I took car with 67% filled tank of fuel. When I noticed this I could not contact with customer support, I have connected with cental number, I got from them number to Bari Airport and there nobody picked up the phone. Of course I had to give dack the car fully tanked. Other think I noticed that it is allowed to smoke in the car. It smelled a bit.
Car was clean, quite new and well equipped.

Not bad
I didn't get the car I chose and paid for, but one in a similar class. I understand, this was explained to me, and I have no complaints. The cars were incredibly poorly maintained. We didn't accept the first one because it was completely dirty (inside and out). The second car was supposedly clean, but the window was completely smudged on the inside and needed to be cleaned ourselves so it wouldn't interfere with driving. The car was in good working order, and the communication with the staff was good.
