Price was reasonable. Service was swift and efficient.
My only issue was that I I was told that the petrol tank was full and not being familiar with. Hyundai I accepted this as fact.
Only about 60 kms down the road the petrol light came on.
I took photos and brought this matter to the company when returning the car and there was no issues with them and they said I would not be charged so in the end no issues.

Not the expected car and dirt!
Good price but a) I expected an Audi Q3 as it was published ( or similar) but a Cupra is far away that level of car and b) the Cupra I was given was as low in oil (continuously that was shown in the display) and super dirt in the interior (stains on the sits not able to be clean with water).

Regarding the vehicle model, the Cupra belongs to the exact same category as the Audi Q3 you originally reserved. As you can check on your rental agreement, the booked category is displayed on the top left, and the category of the assigned vehicle is shown on the top right. While vehicles are grouped together based on similar specs, performance, and features, there can be minor design differences between models within the same group.
However, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the vehicle you received. Having a low oil level warning and a stained interior falls far short of our standards for both cleanliness and maintenance.
We take your comments very seriously and are sharing them directly with our station management to reinforce our vehicle inspection and cleaning procedures before every rental.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have another opportunity in the future to provide you with a much better experience.

We took the car and the same day later…
We had a 3-days vacation in Bari. So after arriving in airport we took a car at the airport brunch. Chat GBT recommended us Locauto as we had a very bad experience with Avis before. The same day later we heard some metallic noise from the front wheels. When we back to the airport brunch they checked the car and immediately changed it as it was too dangerous to drive it. Really appreciate this as I was with my family and my parents. 💪🤞🏼🙏🏼

I am satisfy with the car. Mean time the lady was very strict and not helping much.
She was little quick regarding offers and not letting to much space for choosing.
Maybe was morning ???
Meantime even a price for two days with manual gear box car, wasn’t so good.
