Everything ok, but... I took car with 67% filled tank of fuel. When I noticed this I could not contact with customer support, I have connected with cental number, I got from them number to Bari Airport and there nobody picked up the phone. Of course I had to give dack the car fully tanked. Other think I noticed that it is allowed to smoke in the car. It smelled a bit.
Car was clean, quite new and well equipped.

I didn't get the car I chose and paid for, but one in a similar class. I understand, this was explained to me, and I have no complaints. The cars were incredibly poorly maintained. We didn't accept the first one because it was completely dirty (inside and out). The second car was supposedly clean, but the window was completely smudged on the inside and needed to be cleaned ourselves so it wouldn't interfere with driving. The car was in good working order, and the communication with the staff was good.

Everything went smoothly. Friendly service. I recommend.

Can recommend Locauto at Bari Airport. I’ve had bad experiences with other budget car rental companies in Italy previously, but this time everything went smoothly

We arrived late by plane, so the office next to the parking lot was already closed. The office inside the airport was still open and th keys for the car were handed over there and I had to go and look for the car on my own. Until there no problem. When I arrived at the car, it was very dirty from the outside so that I couldn’t check for any scratches or dents. So I was more or less forced to take the additional full insurance because if I didn’t, they would charge my for damages that had already been there.
However the inside of the car was dirty as well. The car seats were full of stains and it was full of dust and cigarette ashes.
So I returned by foot (5min walk) to the airport office to complain and ask for another car. No problem, I got another car. So I went back to the parking lot.
The new car was even worse than the other. Dirty from the outside, cigarette burning marks on the seats, dust and cigarette ashes in the car and a lighter on the floor in the back of the car. So this car as well hadn’t been cleaned from the inside or outside. Once again I returned to the office in the airport.
Third try: another car which was acceptable from the outside but on the inside again full of dust and the front windows were extremely dirty which blinded me when the headlights of other cars hit the windshield. However I was tired of getting a forth car which probably would have been as dirty as the other 3 cars and accepted my fate and went ahead and cleaned the car myself on the next day.
An absolute disgrace!

Everything was perfect and simple. From the pick up to the return of the car on a car park in the city center.
