We rented at the BARI airport
We rented at the BARI airport. The staff in the airport was pleasant. The walk to their outside location was fine. The car was ready quickly. I did take the full insurance - added comfort to the process of driving in another country though I had no issues overall. I would rent from them again

The car was OK. But fuel tank not full on pickup.
The car was OK. But instruction given regarding the infotainment setup.
Mileage was 695 on pickup, but 1308 after we had filled up for return. So, the car WAS NOT FULL WHEN WE PICKED IY up.

The estimated range displayed on the dashboard is a dynamic calculation that constantly fluctuates based on recent driving style, speed, traffic conditions, and the types of roads driven (e.g., city traffic versus highway driving). Because of these variables, remaining distance is not a fixed or reliable measure of the actual fuel in the tank.
We hope this information is helpful and we thank you for bringing this aspect to our attention, as it helps us to improve our communication.

Car was in good order and generally pleased with the service however was a little difficult to find once at the car park itself. No clear signage.
The tyre pressure was flagged up on the dash board and there was no washer fluid. These are things that should be resolved before a new hire.

I've troble with my reservation
I've troble with my reservation. Icould't go to pick-up the car at day programed (09/15/26) because problems with my deslocation form Rome to Bari. Then I went to Locauto in the next day. The staff informed that my reserve was canceld by "Now show" and said that I have to do another reservation tha cost me 954 euros. I'm trying to recover my money.

Reliable car rental with knowldge of local roads
The feature that allows the option to pay for late return is really useful. Google maps always under estimate the amount of travel time by more than an hour. Locauto's late return option demonstrates its intimate knowledge of Italian roads compared to other rental agencies. Recommend that you pay for this feature.

Professional staff and good car
The reservation with booking has been very easy. At the airport office the staff was kind and very professional.Same thing for the team on the parking lot. Our vehicule has been upgraded and all the defects was already noted for the pick-up . And we had no problems when we retruned the car.
