Everything went ok. Car was very good, no problems.

I was provided with a nice Audi which was very comfortable and received accurate instructions from the locauto agent at pickup.

Great car, great price, great staff, no issues what so ever

Everything with a rent of the car was very easy and fast. The guy (Davide) that attend us was very polite and explicate us everything necessary. It was a big plus that he is speaking also spanish that was very helpfull.

The positives are the location is just next door to the train station and easy to locate. They did have a car available for my reservation. It was a change from what I reserved but not a downgrade so that was fine.
The negatives- the car had not been cleaned and had debris from the last rental, dirty carpets and dirty exterior.
The pick up was a bit odd, you get the paperwork done in the office then maneuver your luggage and away from the station, down a busy street and to a corner by dumpsters where the attendant pulled over crooked and left us the car.
Upon returning, you park in a city garage and then walk about 5-10 min back to the station with your luggage.
It would be worth considering adding a curbside pick up and drop off option at additional cost. We certainly would have chosen that upgrade.

Very smooth rental experience. The car was almost new and the process very simple. We took the car from the Central Station in Bari and the staff was very helpful.

Excellent attention and prices

The rent process was fast and easy. My only set back was that I mentioned to the agent multiple times that I wanted to decline collision and all insurance options because my Credit car has already a coverage for that. He say to me “Don’t worry”. The funny thing is that when I check the invoice, the agent added basically everything that I told him I didn’t need. Even I got charge for some kind of insurance that was under the title of “don’t worry”… this affected my loyalty and experience. I’m not going to fight for the charges but neither comeback.

The Staff was correct. Unit was ok too according to our needs. May be some more and clear explanation (may be a paper inside the car) for the moment of return would be clearer and helpful for users.

This is second time I am renting from Locauto in Italy and was again pleasant experience. Very easy check in and check out process and no issues with the car at all. They work with debit cards also and charge for deposit just 0.01, unlike other companies that charge few hundreds. I recommend them and for sure will continue using their services in future.
