Everything works well. Pick-up of the car on the street with busy traffic could be a little bit stressfull for less experienced driver.

Absolutely recommended.
Booking on internet appears seamless. We booked in their office in Bari centrale, efficient and friendly. The car was new. Not properly prepared (not full tank, a bit dusty), but acceptable since we could return with the same level. The return was swift, easy and efficient.

Very smooth and professional experience with Locauto in Bari 🙂
The pickup process was fast and clear, the car was in very good condition and the return at the airport was easy and stress-free — which is honestly one of the most important things when travelling with family and children.
As I’m comfortable driving manual transmission cars, the team provided us a brand new fully equipped Opel Corsa, which made the whole Puglia road trip even more enjoyable 😊🚗
No hidden surprises, good organization and overall a very relaxed rental experience.
Would definitely use Locauto again in Italy 🇮🇹

A few problems, but a good car rental company
The car was not very clean and did not have any windshield washer fluid. Other than this, the car worked fine and the people at the office were very friendly and efficient.

On arrival the team were friendly, helpful, quick and gave me an upgraded car. I asked for a manual but was given an auto which was my only issue. Other than that the car was great, clean and no issues either checking in or dropping off.
