Honestly, our only disappointment was when we went to pick up the car. We expected the rental office to be inside Milano Centrale station, but we found out that we had to walk to another location to collect the car. Since we had a lot of luggage, that part was inconvenient.

Other than that, everything went smoothly. What really stood out was the return process. The staff member who assisted us, David, was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the whole experience much better. If I rent a car from this company again in the future, it will honestly be because of David. He is a great representative of the company.

Staff in the main office at Milan Centrale were pretty rude to everyone they were dealing with. It was 8am on a Sunday, so I'll give them a bit of slack.

Otherwise the service was perfect. Car was great, can't argue on the price. Returning the car after hours was easy.

The service was very efficient, and both the pickup and return of the car were smooth and hassle-free.

Check-in was easy to find and quick. You have to walk 10 minutes to pick up the car from a garage and return it to the same place, which was not obvious to me at booing.

A littyle bit crowded, I waited 30 min in line

Booked twice - both times did not get the car booked.

On return - we expected to return the car in as received condition - or pay 100 euro of cleaning fees. It is ridiculous - is you want so clean the cleaning cost should be build in.

I was afraid because of different comments on different sites related to rent a car companies other than the big ones.
But Locauto was the only one who had affordable car on last minute and a good relation ship with me as customer.

Indeed there were some little spots before took the car, but they didn't charge them as they were not made by me.

The personnel was very operative, good English, the car smelled like a new one ( only 13000 on board). Very nice, first time driving a Panda, good experience.
