Locauto Group - Milano Stazione Centrale Reviews 

Check in at Milano Centrale was efficient. The collection and drop off locations were convenient and the staff friendly, helpful and quick, although they were impeded by poor Internet at Centrale: this is no surprise given that it's an underground car park covered by trains and indeed the staff said it always happened. The car was clean inside and perfect for our journey although it had several minor signs of previous damage externally.

Easy pick up from Bergamo, just have to get a quick bus journey (10m)

Parking on return is hidden away behind the train station.

Artur was fantastic and chilled and helped us on the return. Always reccomend Locauto especially the one way drop off.

The staff were so kinda and very informative I'd definitely recommend and tell my friends and family members to book with locauto in thier next trip to Italy

My Experience with Locauto:
​Renting from the Milan Central Station office went super smoothly. The garage itself was a bit tricky to find, but the gentleman in the office made sure I had the exact location pinned in Google Maps. Once there, I was given a very nice, brand-new car.
​However, I do have one major criticism—the garage ticket system.
​The Departure Dilemma
​When I drove out of the garage, I immediately got stuck at the exit gate. The guard insisted I show him a ticket. What ticket?! He wouldn't back down, and I couldn't leave without it. Meanwhile, cars were starting to pile up behind me. He then told me to call Locauto. Who? Why?!
​I just told him to open the gate: "I literally just rented the car, please let me out!" After what felt like an eternity, the gate suddenly opened. I have no idea how or why, but I just took off.
​The Return Routine
​I returned the car to the Venice Airport rental parking garage, where I was immediately required to take another ticket. Why? I have no idea. I took it anyway and somehow found my way up to the third floor—which wasn't easy, given how hard it was to spot the Locauto signs in the dead of night.
​Predictably, I found myself stuck at yet another gate. What does it want from me now? I figured maybe it wanted that first-floor ticket for some reason. The problem? I had already lost it. It was an absolute miracle when I finally managed to find it in the dark. Okay, clearly my fault this time! :)
​The Big Question
​But seriously, what is up with this ticket system? Why do rental car customers need to be involved in the garage's internal ticketing at all?

The staff at the pickup counters were very helpful and friendly and the car was brand new.
The app and website seem to be permanently broken, and my attempts to contact the agency prior to pickup via Whatsapp and email were ignored. Glad everything worked out.

3rd time renting from locauto. this time i dropped off the car 4 minuets late and without saying anything at the drop off they charged me 60 euros!! for literlly 4 minuets!! i saw it on the card wehn i got home, they didnt bother letting me know at the spot. very disapointing

Perfect experience! Great staff and service - we arrived early and they managed to get our car for us before time, and it was a brand new Fiat. Will definitely use Locauto again!

The process to make a reservation is very simple and clear to select the options in the web page. Prices are very competitive. The car supplied was according with the one I reserved and a new one. But there is some few details that would make the total experience more satisfactory. The celular app, doesn’t display de reservation information legible. In addition when picking up the car the person who checked my documents required a Credit card with my name and numbers of the credit card printed on it, which in Mexico’s case all banks are not printing the credit card numbers since at least 2 years ago, they just print the name and for this reason they was rejecting my check in process and I was about to lose the reservation, this is very annoying situation. After I request in a second intent to the person to consider my case she asked her superior to review my case, in the first intent she had rejected my check in process, even explaining the credit card conditions.

The car I received was as expected, with less than 500 km traveled, the delivery and return were very fast. A pleasant surprise was that no amount was blocked on my account, only my credit card was checked with an authorization of 0.01 euros.

Totally amazing.... car was opal .... Best rental car I've ever had and the employee that helped me out's name was Arthur and he was Rock solid....
