I had a really great experience!
I initially chose Locauto because of the great ratings on trustpilot. The costs were comunicated fully transparent from the beginning. They also didn’t try to upsell us any insurance etc. Really pleasant and professional.
There was also no deposit required, they only charged 0.01€ to have my credit card details (Debit Card works as well). The car was also very modern and in Great conditions. I would definitely choose Locauto again for my next vacation with a rental car

I made the reservation by phone, and the employee was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I picked up the car at Palermo Airport in Italy, the staff were friendly and the process was quick and efficient. The car was in excellent condition and met all my expectations. Returning the car was also quick and hassle-free.

I was stuck without a car mine was in the shop so a friend of mine brought me over to Locauto to rent one. He said his whole family rents from them. They’re great. So I tried them. Reasonable price I rented it for a little over 8 weeks. Loved the car. The people inside the airport were great as were those outside when l went to pick up the car. Will be back.

The Catania airport was closed and the flight was diverted to Palermo. We arrived at night. The only company that offered a reasonable price and acted quickly. The return to Catania airport went smoothly. We are very satisfied. A great experience overall.

Almost brand a new car , and reasonably priced , with no need for a deposit .
Pietro who we dealt with was very pleasant and friendly . When we returned the car I was expecting extra cost for dints or scratches that where there before , but they were very honest, and we had no problems . We would use them again .

Very friendly and helpful staff. The process of renting and returning the car went very smoothly and without any complications. The car, a Fiat 600 hybrid, was rented at the Palermo airport after 10 p.m. without prior reservation, which was a pleasant surprise. Returning the car at Catania airport also went smoothly and without any complications. We received an option with full insurance and without having to refuel the car when returning it.

Easy collection and return process, car is very clean and new

Easy rental and great car. I recommend doing early checking to avoid lines at the airport and just go directly to parking to pickup the car. Very smooth process.
