I’ve lost my flight and rebooked another flight in two weeks, everything went very smoothly on the phone rearranging for the new dates for car rental.
The cars are right on the airport premises, simple process to get the car.
I’ve been lucky enough to get a free upgrade on the car category. Really easy to drop it off. Staff really helpful and very good English.

Easy pick up and drop off
Car pick up and drop was very fast, car was OK, just they did not have an automatic transmission as ordered. Good price.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service.
As a first time international driver in Italy to rent a car, the lady at the front desk really took time and care and guided me through the process. I also received a free upgrade for a car which was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Worst experience in many years as a…
Worst experience in many years as a loyal customer, I left the car full of petrol/benzin just filled up before leaving it ( with prove of receipt), been charged of more then 80€. No one can solve the matter bout that.
The morning after (Monday 13/4) in Verona went to rent another car for a family member, the guys was very very rude and racist with very bad attitude.
