Very easy pick up and hassle free return. I wasn’t pressured into buying their own insurance and wasn’t charged for anything on return. The car was new and clean. My second time renting with them (first time was in a different location) and I highly recommend.

Very quick and easy transfer of car and car in immaculate condition

Car was better than I expected, no problems with the rental process. Staff was nice and return was super smooth.

Only problem that takes away one star was that at Venice airport there was a huge line to the rental desk. I had 13 Numbers (customers) before me and in 30minutes line decreased with only 3 numbers. At some point I realized to check if online check in was possible and thank god it was, that speeded up the process. I wish this would have been mentioned somewhere on site. After that it was super smooth.

Will rent again with Locauto.

All went great, car was picked without delays, I had a luck to have a free upgrade of car category. What I also liked is that car was collected back when we arrived at the last day, checked when we were around so we were sure that no damage suprises were spotted after coming back home. I recommend this company

Helpful service at the desk at Venice, Marco Polo and a smooth collection and return process. The car was pretty new, in excellent condition and a good overall experience.

Read a small number of negative reviews but have to say based on my experience I’d definitely use them again.
The staff were great, no pressure to sell insurance (I booked through a 3rd party and used their insurance). I was offered a BMW or Audi and when I collected the car - which is a short walk from the hire desk I collected a virtually new Audi A3 with only 1200km on it. Drop off was equally easy - and again the staff were very nice and professional.

Easy and smooth pick up and drop off. The car was clean and ready for pick up immediately. The process was quick and simple and clear.

Good car and a good know-how

We were early & the station wagon we had ordered was not available & the suggested that we took a SUV, which we tried 2 but our luggage would not fit. So we asked if we can wait for a wagon(which we had researched to make sure our 4 suitcases would fit.) After 3/4 hr, they rang & said a Volkswagon Pesset was available, which we took & drove more then 1600klms from Venice, Puglia Calabria to Amalfi & returned the car to Salerno. A wonderful car to drive.heaps of storage & leg space. Easy return. Overall a awesome experience.
