Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience, car had damage to windscreen, agreed to repair the screen but because it had previously been repaired they wouldn’t help any further.

Director is very rude and unhelpful, sales team told us to claim through our insurance and lie that a stone it the screen on the way home- I wasn’t prepared to commit insurance fraud and tried to return car…. Wasn’t able to do so as they lied to the finance company.

Completely unprofessional and I would avoid this company at all cost As judging by their reviews, they really don’t help their customers with repairs Or customer service!

Honest people ripped off again

Bought car 3ed Jan. after paying deposit in Dec.Paid in full on the day.Letter yesterday from Santander saying they own the car as there is still outstanding finance. Car is five year old with one owner???? Think dealership and owner took a loan using cars as collateral and sold them , knowing back in dec. that the company was in trouble. Don't know if I have lost the car, but for those who thought Paul Jeffers was a decent man?????? Probably many more in the same boat as myself

If I could give zero I would do

If I could give zero I would do .
Nothing but a con place , paid a £250 deposit back in beginning of February and then on the 5th of February I was supposed to collect the car so started my car insurance.
Days went by and I had no call about collecting so I rang them to find out what was happening only to be told an issue had arisen with the ad blue light and had to go be repaired .weeks went by nobody got back in touch with me regards the car it was always me chasing things up . So two months went by I finally got to speak to Paul who was very good at selling me the car and taking my money but wasn’t so good at responding to me afterwards .once again another problem had arisen and would be repaired in two days he said.
Well a week later I ring up to find out the place has shut down , what a surprise
I now believe they was just collecting deposits knowing they was in trouble .
Absolutely disgusting I feel sorry for others who have had dealings with this company.
If they ever trade again ….AVIOD
I don’t wish them a days luck for how they have treated me and others who are now out of pocket

Paul Jeffers , is a very nice and pleasant sales man. He talked you through their products very well. He made customer feel welcome and can make you spent all your money on their products 😀.

I was taken through the process by Paul Jeffers. There's was absolutely no pressure and whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I will be recommending this dealership to friends and family. I am made up with the car and will be back in the future.
