Part exd my Maserati Ghibli and bought a new Porsche Cayanne. I dealt with Steven Evans. Who was very professional and a gentlemen throughout. He put a great deal together for me. I would highly recommend using these guys if you want a normal or luxury car. All staff are very nice and make you feel welcomed. A smooth process throughout. Thank you Steven. Positive buying experience
I purchased a BMW Z4 M20 sport from these guys. The sales person was Mateus and I dealt with Steve also. The sales side of things went extremely well and the deal was done and I collected the car within days and it was a pleasure to deal with the sales guys. Two issues that I had post sale with the with V5 and settlement figure were promptly resolved. I would purchase a car from this dealership again. Thanks again. Daniel

Don’t even go to the garage
Don’t even go to the garage! As soon as you want to put deposit down you can for £500 but they don’t say if you change your mind then you lose it! I had abuse on the phone trying to get my deposit back but never did. Poor service. They keep trying to take down poor reviews to fool you it’s a good garage, don’t fall for it!!

Where do I start day one of picking up car three brand new tyres kept loosing tyre pressure on way home got told on tyre inspection the valves were faulty plus garage noticed wheels nuts were missing but it passed its MOT ??? informed the car was unsafe to drive. Called Lowton and got told a manager would call me back that was over a month ago. We have now started legal proceedings. Plus have now found out new tyre was purchased from eBay not new but I was charged for a new tyre. Absolutely disgraceful

To begin with, your car underwent an MOT by our experienced tester, followed by a comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) performed by a separate technician. Subsequently, the vehicle was meticulously valeted, during which the wheels are inspected and treated as part of the valeting process. Additionally, the sales executive involved in the handover process conducts a thorough check of the vehicle's condition.
During these stages, none of our staff members reported any missing wheel nuts or other apparent issues with the car. However, we take your concerns seriously, and we are committed to addressing them in a prompt and professional manner.
Regarding the alleged faults reported by you on 11/6/2023, please understand that the collection of your car took place on 28/5/2023. For us to investigate and rectify any possible issues, it is crucial that we have access to the evidence you mentioned – the photos and video you took at the time of collection. I kindly request you to provide us with this evidence to facilitate the resolution process effectively.
Concerning the tyres, we appreciate your contribution towards their cost. As per our records, we fitted two brand new tyres to your vehicle. Additionally, we used a tyre purchased from a reputable eBay store, which had a substantial tread depth of 6.9mm. We would like to assure you that these tyres met all safety standards, and we aim to provide the best possible value to our customers.
For the sake of transparency and reaching a mutually beneficial resolution, we kindly ask you to share the evidence you have regarding the car's condition at the time of collection and any subsequent issues that may have arisen.
