I got in contact with the agency just before the summer break, Hugh was really good with getting me set up and I was really pleased with his communication and response rate throughout the process. Once schools were open again, Richard was quick with finding me a role. Again I was very happy with communication and response rate, both were very polite, professional and answered any queries without hesitation. A quick and straightforward process, which isn't always the case with agencies.
