Ahmed has been a great consultant to me. He is polite and always so helpful with any queries I may have. He was able to secure me a long term position within the space of a few days and gave me words of encouragement that helped me to do my best during my trial day. He is a real asset to the team. LTF recruitment are really good at securing you the best long term positions in schools at a fast pace. You will not be disappointed.

Not a very positive experience with this agency at all. Will pay the lowest daily rate if you are willing not to challenge it. No support given when a placement was very challenging/difficult and was just told that it was a challenging role before I accepted it. When I decided the Nottingham school was not for me, the response from the consultant was rude and disrespectful. My friend who also joined LTF had experienced similar treatment when a placement was not viable for her.
There are better agencies out there.

Since having a great opportunity to come across looking for an education recruitment agency after many years of working in private nurseries and making considerable decisions about leaving this side of the career to start working in school, I come across with LTF - looked at the website so I was amazed with the positions that were available in the local areas as well with all the positive reviews from everyone who was or is part of the LTF.

In fact without waiting, I made an phone call and was lucky to speak to the most knowledge and experienced person - Richard who is a director.
His support and advices has supported me to move to school and I was lucky to get a placement in a wonderful primary school for quiet a long period of a time - loved being in this school for sure.

Richard has always been in contact with me in regards to any advices or matters - he never let everyone down but keeps them following their dreams.

Being part of the LTF and that school, was a beautiful experience and I was successfully to get a contract job in different school, even I missed the school where I was previously worked before.
Hopefully if needed in the future , I will get in touch with LTF.

Worked under LFT over 6 months, and one thing I can honestly say is that they keep to their word when it comes to finding you long term employment.

Super pleased to have James Cullingworth as my line manager- Always willing to help and still helps with little employment questions I may have, even though I’m no longer working for LTF.

The only cons I have is their pay and job description. In future, I do hope they offer pay raises and in depth job descriptions.
