Wrong lamp
I ve got wrong (much cheaper) lamp and was even not offered the one I paid. Nobody explained me what happened, I just was asked to send wrong lamp back.
I am not happy to spend my time and money this way!

The delivery time was very short. One light is for reclamation, so I hope that it will be easy.

Such a disappointment
Such a disappointment. I bought a lamp, payed extra for nadstandard package and got only half of the lamp - the whole construction was missing. The company doesn't want to send the missing part, I have to send the package back and they will send a new one after. I need this package till Christmas, not sure if I am gonna get it.

Horrible services
Horrible services. Package is still somewhere on the way. Lady on support is not willing or able to help. Do not buy anything from this shop. Consider to send COI to the eshop.

Great range of products, communication not so good
Many products, but long waiting (was predicted by the shop).
One light has been a disappointment - I was looking for a one light source to be strong enough to lighten up kind of a big room. I found that, was not cheap, bought and when it arrived, there was about a half less lm written on the box (4300 on the website vs 2400 on the box).
Wrote a question to the shop, got promised that they will check that and I can return the light.
Cool, but not so cool after 2 weeks waiting and in a need to install the light.

Excellent product, delivery issues
- The e-shop didn't relay my phone number and email address to the shipping company, so they couldn't contact me and I had to arrange the delivery by phone
