Technically advanced banking, more advanced than the big ordinary banking. You can transfer money from your other accounts or cards via apple/google pay and the money is in your Lunar directly. No complicated to match your daily private transactions.

Great overall. Nordea, Swedbank etc should be ashamed to charge so many fees when lunar is superior and faster in every single way WHILE being super fair with basically zero fees or significant upcharges. Its just better.

Very bed bank, expensive and i cant even pay my bills they block my payments and now i have to wait for they contact with can take days because they dont even have 24/7 support even if you pay the best program

When an account or card is blocked for payments it can be due to various reasons, e.g. a technical failure. I have reached out to you in your app to give you a better understanding, as we're not able to answer account specific questions on Trustpilot.
It’s correct that we don’t have human support available 24/7. Our human support is available through the chat in our app, on email and by calling +46105558505 every Monday-Friday 09:00-16:30. If you have questions or concerns outside of our opening hours, our AI Support is always ready to help out.
