Purchased Hermes blanket with pillow before Christmas and yet to receive it and they don’t respond to any messages! Absolute fraud! Cost over $180 AUD and said ship within 24-48 hours in Australia. Ridiculous

items received were faulty - that phone number on the website is not recognised - no response to emails. they are bogus man. totally not cool. they can kiss my ring.

I agree with the previous reviews. I would give it negative stars if possible. Total false advertisement…the shoes were Supposed to have a legendary footbed with arch support and heel cups. Nope, just a flat piece of foam. The shoes are a piece of s**t. Do not buy!

DO NOT buy from this company. Scam site based in China. It’s been a month and I still don’t have the shoes. This is the second mistake I’ve made purchasing via IG without double checking the company further. Don’t believe the reviews from their scam site or the photos of the product. Fool me once…food me twice - I won’t do it again.

I would give Luxesort zero stars if that were possible. Poor quality product. Do not believe description of shoes-totally lies. Also beware if you want to return or even exchange for another shoe because you will have to send shoes back to China-which is where they come from. Return at your cost plus the overpriced cost of shoes. Totally a Rip-OFF. False advertising/over priced shoes of very poor quality.

Do not buy shoes from this company. It is a scam. The so called "leather" feels more like vinal and the foot bed feels like your walking on styrofoam. Poor quality shoes and you cannot get your money back. Don't buy them!

Dishonest. Do not buy from these scoundrels. Products are trash. You cannot return items, cannot even get a return address and certainly will not be refunded. This is a Chinese company with no customer support. Buyer Beware. Fraud city.

I bought shoes that were advertised to on Instagram. I have bad feet and frequently look at orthotic type shoes. These were advertised as such. When they arrived they were to small but more importantly they were poorly made with very cheap materials. I asked to return as instagram add said 100% satisfaction. They refused.

Complete Scam
I purchased a pair of shoes that were advertised as leather walking booties. When they finally arrived, they weren't leather - when I opened the bag, the first thing I got was a whiff of the chemicals they used to make the shoes. I emailed them, and they responded - first they offered me a 10% refund and I could keep the shoes. The shoes were 67 dollars, they were offering me $6.70. So no.

Then they offered me 15% - I reminded them that what they sent me isn't what I ordered. They told me I could return them and gave me an address in China - the shipping would have cost more than the shoes, so I said no, they then offered 20% refund, claimed they would deal with the suffering it causes them.

I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. I also am in the process of contacting Shopify - the platform they use to sell their products, and paypal - their payment processor. Vendors don't want to be associated with scammers.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Luxesort. Once I received them I put them on and within hours they gave me a blister. When I took them off the lining was coming apart on one shoe. I contacted the company right away.

Their websites states multiple time 100% gauranteed. Also says "OUR GUARANTEE: IT WILL FIT OR WE'LL EXCHANGE FOR FREE" .... this is not true. They told me that I have to send the shoes back to China at my expense.

The support at Luxesort has been poor, they are not honoring anything that their website claims. Read the reviews outside of the website before you order anything. They are a fraudulent company, although the product looks good online.

I ordered my son sneakers three months ago never received the sneakers my emails I sent never got any response in return this website is definitely phony they got me for $40

Took my money, never received item. All emails bounce back as it is a fake email, no way to contact them. Very upset, thank god it was only £10

This entire experience was horrible and I couldn't or wouldn't recommend their services to anyone under any circumstances so don't waste your time and especially your money dealing with such a company so phony that if I could physically prove my point of dislike for them I'd get a job there just to expose them from the inside......DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEIR SITE OR PRODUCTS
