WOW!!! I certainly wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. Well they got me, I ordered 2 items total $249.00 and recieved nothing. Thank God I'm not hurting financially.

SCAAAAAMMMM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I did and I'll tell ya, 2 phone numbers contacted and on email but no response. It's really scary and disappointing because this ad showed up on my Facebook so I'm sure that I'm not the only one who thought it was a legit publicity.

Horrible experience. I wish I would have read the reviews before placing an order. Definitely a scam. Phone number they have on website is worthless (321) 634-2047. Emails listed on website is worthless. No one has responded to my concerns. SCAM SCAM SCAM

DO NOT accept "free" gifts from them or elect to receive something for the price of shipping as part of a marketing survey. The devil is in the details, which I don't ever recall seeing and they don't provide it in an email to confirm a subscription. I feel sorry for the people who work in the customer service department.

Total Scam, Received a blanket for £125, it was nothing like the pictures. Tried to return it, postage £10. it was sent back to me. no reply from Lux store on email, total scam.

I ordered a bundle set which was a CC purse and shoes in August. Only received the purse and despite many emails I have yet to get a response. This is truly a scamming company. I will continue to pursue them for a refund or file suit.

I ordered two microderm kits at the beginning of Dec 2020 as gifts and they still havent arrived. I sent emails to Lux who says email the courier, Yodel, although it should be the responsibility of customers to chase after couriers Lux hired!
Yodel has made false claims on the tracker that i was not home and they left a calling card, when i have been home and there is no calling card left!
When i contact Yodel, they keep telling me to contact the seller, which is Lux!
I have gone through back and forth with lux and yodel for a month! This is not good customer service at all!

Both lux and yodel has been making false promises! Rubbish company! Rubbish service!

After chasing Yodel, i found out that Lux had given them the wrong address! so Yodel had kept the order in its stores.

I ordered sunglasses, paid for everything, to this day I have not seen any glasses or money!

Their boots are absolute garbage. They FRAUDULENTLY advertise them as leather but they are cheap plastic which come on a slow boat from China. When I returned them to the address they were shipped from, they came back. I WANT A REFUND!!! You may have Paypal in your pocket but I vow to smear your name all over the internet until your refund my money.

Worst company ever. What a scam! They correspond with you until you place your order and then radio silence. DO NOT order from this company. Complete scam. They lie and do not send merchandise.

I would not reccomend this POS company to my worst enemy.
Spent around $100 there back in September and have yet to receive my merchandise. Today is Nov 24 and unable to receive a reply.

Bought a Ruth Bader Ginsberg T-shirt ( even after it was falsely advertised at 10.99 and ended up being $25 + shipping) as a gift & checked "Gift" box, put the shipping address (to Oregon) where it was to be shipped...got email telling me he was shipping to *my* address in Mn, and after 5-6 back-and-forth times asking him to ship to the correct address, he finally said he would. But, then, still put my name on it instead of the name I gave him. Now, Tracking showed he left off half of the address including the #, so it is going to somewhere in Oregon, no one knows where. Lame and incompetent, and taking 0 responsibility for a basic task of simple labeling. I am opening a case with Etsy support hoping they will delete this seller from being able to mess up any one else's orders.

Wow. Breaks my heart seeing the negative reviews on here for Lux Store. I almost did not buy this pair of sunglasses!!! I spent a week contemplating it and sending them emails to verify it is a legitimate company with a consistent legitimate response, and it seemed to check out. Am so glad I just went for it and bought these glasses! Ordered on June 5th, arrived from Saudi Arabia today on June 17th. Totally beat the pants off of any other international company I've been ordering things through right now. Glasses came in all of the standard designer packaging and appears to be checking out. No complaints here at all. Literally zero issues.

I ordered a pair of Celine sunglasses almost four weeks ago. They were advertised on the website as authentic and genuine, and the photos used on the website are images taken from the. Celine website. They were meant to arrive within two weeks, they didn’t. I chased Lux Store several times to find out where they were and received no response.
