I ordered a pair of Celine sunglassessa about a five or six weeks ago. Got my order today, but the sunglasses are not Celine. They are totally fake. Just a Celine look a like but price was a normal compared to Celine. And they sell their stuf like it´s the real one but it´s not!! Just fake and way too expensive for fake sunglasses. Don´t buy anything from them!!

I would like to return mine, but havent got any return information or address where to return. They dont asnwer e-mails and I´m pretty sure I wont ever get my money back.

Received my glasses today (some Celine-type ones that are sold out everywhere). The sunglasses are really nice. TBH i wasn't sure if i ws going to ever receive them having read reviews (and i think its about 6-8 weeks since i placed the order). BUT they are here and they are great. My friend also bought the same glasses (she also thought that she may never receive them!) but she also has hers and loves them.

Fake, fake, fake!!! Do not buy from them it is a scam.

I ordered a pair of Celine sunglasses from them nearly 3 months ago. After threatening action against them (after not receiving any information about shipment) they finally shipped them off to me and only just arrived today. My suspicions were right. As soon as I opened the box I knew they were counterfeit. I have 3 other pairs of Celine sunglasses and everything is off about this pair- the case and the way the brand was stamped on the pouch incorrectly. The glasses have the wrong logo (size and detail) on both the outside arm and inside arm. The hinges are cheap and have just been glued on. No doubt about it that I stupidly paid $350 AUD for cheap, fake glasses with lens that probably aren’t even UV resistant. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

Spent 145 for a ggbelt and purse set. I never received the item and they won't return your emails or request. A whole scamming website DO NOT BUY!

I bought a supreme sweat shirt from this website and lost 40$ and I am waiting my birthday is coming up and I went to look at a websites reviewing website and saw that buetiful halo.com was trust worthy so I checked lux gift shops review because wanted my supreme and I see I was scammed by Russians that Scammed by other people I warn you never buy from them it is a mega scam and I want a refund if anyone’s found a refund please tell me

Ordered a tee shirt in the beginning of March. No tracking number.. called multiple times left messages.. never heard anything!! When I went into my orders it said I never ordered anything!! But was taken out of my PayPal! I’m disputing it now!! HUGE SCAM!!! NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

I ordered some masks & filters in March 2020. To date I have some filters but no masks? According to their records the items have been with Hermes since 17th April - This is a joke.
There is no way to get to get a response from Hermes and these say its on the way.
It is nearly 2 months since the order went in - I do not hold out much hope and I do believe its a scam.

I wouldn't even give them one star. Total Scam. My son ordered a shirt from here and we never received it or any response back from them. Lesson Learned I guess.

total scam; paid 6.99 shipping costs for a 2 dollar watch, then they billed my credit card 98.00.. credit card co. caught the fraud and issued another card and damn, they billed it again. I cancelled the credit card and called the company at the credit cards advice, they did cancel my order.....THAT I NEVER GAVE THEM ANYWAYS???????????? these are total rip-offs don't respond to anything saying you've got a "FREE GIFT WAITING" its not free its not even worth the shipping cost, they just want your credit card number.

They stole my money. I keep sending them emails but no one responds. It’s a scam

took a survey and was offered several items for shipping only.I fell I feel for the scam gave them my credit card # to pay shipping of 6.99
for a watch. what I received was nothing like the advertised watch plus they charged my credit card for 98.95 for so called watch. Called them and they said to bad we got you. If I returned the watch I would get a 50% refund. If anything. recently got 5 emails showing I owed 6.99 cents. I have blocked them on my card but would really like to find some way to get back at them. If anybody that may have an idea please I will do anything to get back at them. so crooked.

Ordered a watch with a pink leather band and a beautiful necklace with a star. The watch I received was not the watch I ordered as a matter of fact the watch they sent me look like they bought it at the dollar store and the necklace look like it come from a vending machine in Walmart. . It took me a while but I finally got a hold of somebody in customer service but it done me no good because the customer service rep I Got a hold of spoke very little English. Please do not I repeat do not buy anything from this company, go to an actual jewelry store. Scam scam scam scam

Say away! Its a scheme! they neither answers email nor ship items!

Fraud: they claim excellent service 24/7, however no shipping information and no answer to emails after purchase. Do not buy here, had to claim my money back through my credit card company as item was never shipped.

Bought a pair of sunglasses on 2nd January and still no shipping answer or refund, we have been sending them lots of emails to know the status and reading all the reviews are a nightmare for us.
I'm not even confident we will get our money back.

Edit: we got the sunglasses 2 months after that (in march) and we were frustrated that the product was not new (traces of usage, most likely a product used to be tried on in some shop...). Didn't want to go through this again so we kept the glasses.
