I made an order more than 10 days ago, I haven't got any answer or new about my order... I try to reach them several times to know my order status. No one is answering, they totally ignore me...

My experience with this store was great. Delivery took longer than expected but I’m really happy with the sunglasses I’ve got and quality is pretty good.

I bought a pair of glasses more than a week ago and I'm also trying to reach them to have any information or update regarding my order. The debit has already been charged from my bank account days ago and is just impossible to contact them to get some information.
I would appreciate a refund after all these reviews I'm reading

Update: 17 days later... at least I received a full refund to my bank account.

I ordered sunglasses last week and haven't received any notification is shipping. When I tried to reach the store via email or phone, I did not receive any response. The telephone number on the website is always busy. After reading the below reviews, I now realize that this is all a scheme! Beware of this website!!!!! Never buy anything from them

lux store also they do business as designlineshop.com is totally a scam. their items are cheap and generic made in china item. you will not get what you order.

Mariana, your online business sells COUNTERFEIT (FAKE) designer items.

This is ILLEGAL!!! Maybe selling counterfeit goods is ok in Russia and surrounding countries, but it’s not in Europe. I don’t think you understand the implications of it.

Please do not tell us that reviews are not real. They are very much real.

As soon as I received my sunglasses purchased from you I knew they were fake. I compared them to several pairs I already
had from the same brand and they were very different. I took photos. Believe me I know fake when I see one.

And my refund still hasn’t come through.

I cannot describe this experience. I read 5 reviews about the glasses I ordered, it looked like a serious seller. How stupid I was! No communication, money gone (169$) and when I asked for a refund and said I will report them (because 3 weeks after my order was placed I had no notification about shipping) they suddenly sent it but tracking link does not work. I am 100%sure I will never receive it. Please be careful. Do not order for them, they are really bad people!

A week ago, I bought glasses in this store and they still haven’t sent them to me. Support does not respond to my messages, the specified phone is turned off. Apparently, these are scammers and will have to go to the bank to return the money. I will write this review wherever I can.

Took $98 + from my account on 8/05/19 sent me order number SOULT 9129 but showed 0 in the box so I dot just donate $98+ to stores today is 9/25/19

Complete scam artists and now go by the name of luxury costume. If you comment on their Facebook page they will delete it and disable you from commenting to warn others!

Bunch of criminals . They took $78 from my account for a Tomford pair of shoes and up to present there is no email from them. Do not do business with those crooks called lux

My credit card was charged in June and still haven't received my order. Sent multiple emails and being completely ignored. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL FRAUD!!!!

This is fictitious billing fraud!!!
My order hasn’t shipped yet and I got “your order is not complete” mail after the money was withdrawn from my credit card!
I asked lux store to refund but they didn’t reply me.
lux store already got my money that’s why they didn’t reply!
