I was shopping around social media and…

I was shopping around social media and their site came across my page. I was hesitant to purchase a bag due to a lot of "scammers" online. Anyhow, i got an LV which was 9.5/10 rating on their page. It was not! It was a 10/10!!! Packaging was cool- felt like it was sent from Europe. Staff were very approachable thru emails- responds as quick as they can. Sent me codes for future use for discounts. Thank you!!! Im loving my first LV bag!😍

Bought a Dior bag

Bought a Dior bag, the salesperson I spoke to on the phone was so nice she re assured me the bag was in perfect condition she sent me more pictures on my cell phone.

Be careful to consign your bag at Luxe…

Be careful to consign your bag at Luxe du Jour. I sent a Hermes Petite Course bag there for consign. I got it Brand New from the Severes Store in Paris.

*** After 3 months i requested the item back. It was given back in worn condition with a loose thread/ tissues that was more wrinkles/ worn out then before/ velvet wrinkled and worn/ and not even wrap in original velvet and not in dust bag.
I was told that it is normal to have loose thread/ and the tissue already wrinkle and its not their fault and offered a discounted consignment rate.

Clearly staff mishandle the bag and worn it / rented without my permission. This is a $8000 bag. I will no longer consign with them. When i brought the issue up (Zuleika )they delay the response and was told she was not the manager and not her problem.

They wear and mistreat ultra luxury bag without your permission. Like they do in their marketing / Tik Tok/ instagram videos and they wear them after work. or they just lend out your bag for rental without your permission.

There are better consignment stores like GemRare in Vancouver whom the owner treated me with respect / courtesy and better pricing and Love Luxury in London.

They did nothing to make it better and kept delaying a response. They offer to buy my bag below market value 1/2 price to take advantage of me. Then offer a free member ship then offer a $500 credit. I don't buy use items. I was not treated right with my consignment caliber level of a client.

*** I was told by a ex employee and a sources in the high fashion circle / Tammy's friend that Tammy got started with this company with drug money from her partner in the past. They have since use the money to rinse in legit businesses. Just what I heard may or may not be true

***If the business is sooo good and Legit, then why didn't any body invest from the Dragons Den?

***They also will sometimes low ball you to buy out on Hermes Quota bags to sell at Christie's auction also told by ex employee.

***I think i will contact lawyers for advice and proceed with a litigation. Definitely will spread the word via Youtube! Thank you Luxe du Jour and Tammy for the mistreatment and scam.

Reputable and professional

I was skeptical and hesitant at ist, but don’t be. Amazing very reputable. Megan Tao is the only one I deal with: experienced, patience and on point. She will tell you the honest truth you can trust her opinion, she protects both parties. Tammy is very lucky to have her at the company.

I used to buy from here but they made several mistakes. The actual full set bag I bought was sent to another person and sent me the same bag but with missing items. Never got an apology or compensation

I purchased a Hermes Picotin from Luxe Du Jour. The staff is absolutely amazing she texted me with additional pictures I had asked for and answered all my questions. My certificate wasn’t in my initial shipment and they responded to my message very quickly! I would consign or purchase with them without hesitation! Excellent service Ava you were first rate!

My first purchase with LDJ and it was…

My first purchase with LDJ and it was so great and seamless! My bag arrived so fast and it the condition was so great! What I appreciated is that they saw that I lived close their Irvine office, and asked if I wanted to pick the item up and they would refund me the shipping cost I paid for. I wasn't able to but little details like this made me really appreciate LDJ! I even bought my second bag within the same month! Thank you!

Hermes Rodeo Pegasus Charm Purchase

Purchased a Hermes Rodeo Pegasus charm and one that's hard to find. Lux Du Jour carries unique, hard to find, limited edition items. It came in perfect condition, exactly as described. Highly recommended site for your next must have piece. Very happy with my purchase.

Great prices, guaranteed authentic!

LDJ is honestly the best place to get pre owned lux bags! Their descriptions and condition ranking is one point! I got my black mini Loewe puzzle bag and it’s was basically new for almost $1000 off. They have different payment options as well! Definitely will buying more from here!

I have purchased and sold to LDJ

I have purchased and sold to LDJ. I'm very happy to have the opportunity to sell to a Canadian owned company for consignment. I find items are as described and customer service to be great! I do wish that they offered consignment for items under 2K like they did before, but still happy with the service!

Scammers

I ordered from Luxe Du Jour back in 2022. They get it shipped through Canada Post Office and arrange to have it picked up from Canada Post rather than being delivered to my house as arranged with Luxe. The parcel was shipped and kept at Canada Post, which was over 6km away from my shipping location. After numerous attempts to get Luxe to give me info regarding my order. I found out that Canada Post was holding my package while they were attempting to contact me by phone, but Canada Post was never provided with the correct phone number.

RED FLAGS

Since Canada Post couldn't contact me and Luxe won't provide me any tracking details about my parcel. Time was running by, and the pressure was killing me. I later found out the location my parcel was held and when i spoke with Canada Post representative about what I was experincing. The Canada Post agent told me that Luxe was asking them to hold on to the parcel even after the 15 days period of unclaimed parcel expired.

Again - More Red Flagss.

I finally managed to pick up my parcel, and when I found out it was the wrong item. They admitted it was, but yet bullied me into keeping it, and when I pushed back, they kept the item they sent me. charged me money, and they reported it to collections to collect more money 3 years later.

STAY AWAY....

You left out a key detail—you initiated a chargeback after receiving your order. When we attempted to contact you to resolve the matter, you ignored all communication. It was only after we submitted evidence to your bank that you finally responded, as they required you to return the alleged incorrect item.

Here’s a clear timeline of events:

November – You opened a dispute with your bank. We emailed you the next day, informing you that our business manager was no longer with us (they were not fired) and offered to provide you with a prepaid return label.
December – Since we did not hear from you, we followed up again and emailed you the prepaid label. You did not respond.
January – After two months of no communication from you, we contacted your bank and provided all necessary information, including proof that you had not returned anything.
Later in January – You finally reached out, requesting the prepaid label, only after your bank required you to return the item before they could resolve the dispute.

We made multiple attempts to work with you, even providing video footage proving that our shipping team packed and shipped the correct item. However, after we presented this evidence, you stopped responding. It’s unfortunate that you now claim we are harassing you when, in reality, it is the collections company pursuing the item that was never rightfully returned.

Cases like these are sent to collections when a customer attempts to commit fraud by keeping both the item and the money. Businesses have the right to protect themselves from such situations, and we are simply following the necessary steps to recover what is owed.

We take our commitment to fairness and transparency seriously and will continue to take the appropriate actions to resolve this matter.

Excellent Company, Excellent Service

Purchased two handbags from Luxe Du Jour in the past year and had an excellent experience. Handbags are guaranteed authentic which removes the risk of worrying about fakes. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. I connected directly to a person who was able to answer my questions and went above and beyond. Very courteous & professional. My handbags were in excellent condition and prices are very reasonable. I have purchased luxury handbags for years and their prices are better than competitors. Worth visiting their website. Love their backstory! Would purchase from them again, highly recommend!

Nonexistent customer service

As a buyer I had a horrible customer service experience because I was unhappy with the bag that I purchased. “As a curtesy” they offered to consign the bag and take their commission which (assuming it sold) would leave me with 70% of the initial price. That’s predatory! I was considering consigning some of my designer bags with them but now I would rather use any other resale platform than theirs.

Exceptional Service at Luxe Du Jour!!!!

I bought a Chanel Classic Multicolor Tweed Bag that arrived more beautiful in person!
The service was exceptional from everyone I talked with.
Vivi helped me when I was interested in restoring the inside flap and the leather in the strap.
She explained everything to me and was so nice.
Lana sent me several pictures of the bag and videos.
And so quick to respond to all my concerns.
Erin did a exceptional job at the bag spa.The leather had faded....she matched the color to it's original color.....it was more beautiful in person!!!
It is 20 years old and it looks like it's brand new.....it's unbelievable how Erin matched the color back to it's orginal.
I think it's my favorite Chanel Bag.
She answered all my textes and phone calls right away. The staff are all so professional and knowledgeable.
I received it so fast and the packaging was a 10 out of 10 like the service!
I would definitely recommend Luxe Du Jour!!!💞

LOVE MY NEW BAG!

Luxedujour has been a pleasure to deal with. Customer service was wonderful. I loved that I got a brand new bag, in its original box with the receipt and all other necessary contents for a much lower price! Very happy!! will definitely be buying more from them in the future!
