Their fees are higher for lower priced items that would sell faster???? make it make sense. do not sell your bags through them, they will rip you off.

LDJ Is my go to place for all of my designer bag purchases. Their curation is unbeatable, prices are amazing, and the best customer service! Megan from Calgarys location is always so patient with every inquiry, and all of my purchases always arrive in better condition than stated! Will forever be a LDJ customer

I have bought from LDJ 3 times in the past few months. Overall, it's been a good experience and they are quick to process orders. A few minor things that made me take a star off was the 2 times I picked up my order in store, I was not given a shopping bag so I ended up carrying my purchases awkwardly trying to be discreet walking through downtown. As well, I did find a bit of inconsistency in the quality ratings as I purchased all of them in 9.5/10 condition and two of them was more a 9/10. Maybe perhaps their Calgary and Irvine store has slightly different opinions on rating. Another purchase I made had a small minor marking and once the mark was professionally cleaned off there was a slight tear that the mark was hiding that wasn't caught by their staff. Overall, it definitely its a good place to look for authentic used luxury goods at a reasonable price, but there are definely some minor things that could be improved.

I'm based in the US and have made multiple purchases with Luxe Du Jour at this point, even before they opened their Irvine office and have only had good experiences. Their items are priced super competitively and orders were always processed, shipped and/or delivered promptly. I've also sold multiple items through them (both consignment and buyout) and never had any issues receiving payment. For the items I did consign, they were all successfully sold! Big fan of Luxe Du Jour.

I’ve purchased four items from LDJ. Finding a local company was very important to me, so knowing they had both a Calgary and California office helped with customer service. I purchased some investment pieces and their managers were very helpful answering questions about the items and providing updates on shipping if needed. All items came in expected condition (one I would’ve graded higher due to its condition relative to its age). Considering consigning as well. Have recommended them to a few friends!

I had an amazing experience here buying a gift for my wife. She absolutely loved the louis vuitton bag I bought for her, shipping was really fast and I received it, the packaging was great. I definitely recommend this place as the ladies here were really helpful for someone who doesn't know much about bags

I have been shopping with Luxe Du Jour since they were a smaller Instagram page and it’s so good to see them grow into the company that they have. They are one of the only big resellers that I trust!

I've been buying/selling at Luxe du Jour since their inception many years ago. Most recently, I purchased a pristine, hard to find, Chanel slingbacks. They are very professional and always deliver exceptional service.

This was my first time shopping with Luxe du Jour and I was very happy with my experience. I was incredibly nervous about purchasing designer items on, firstly the internet and secondly using a consignment store, for fear of purchasing a fake item or the item not being as described. The website is really easy to navigate, ordering was easy, customer service got back to me very quickly, shipping was fast and my item was just as described! I’ll definitely be ordering more items.

I'm glad I found LDJ on Instagram because they have a large selection of preloved bags for a fair price. They restock inventory often so I like to check back to see if there is anything that I want. Their customer service is quick to reply to any questions I had.

My only small complaint was when I went to pick up my bag at their Irvine office, they gave me a box but didn't offer a bag or anything to make it inconspicuous so I had to walk out the office with a very obvious designer box which made me feel uncomfortable walking to my car in the parking structure.

I used both Luxe Du Jour to buy my Rolex from and also used their bag repair services. I’m totally happy with the repairs because the price was affordable and the timing was under a month which most places tell me 3+. The Rolex I got was truly 10/10 new with the full set which I am big on. I avoided other resale sites because I want a full a set and to see the condition is as stated. I’m extremely pleased with this because I’ve gotten scammed on other watch sites before. I had the Rolex I bought looked at by my watch guy as well and it was 100 percent authentic, so I would easily shop again at Luxe Du Jour.

I work with Megan in the Calgary location. We have only communicated by text and I can assure you that in a few months that I’ve started shopping at luxe, I have purchased several bags. Megan was always available to answer any questions, even when she may not have been “on the clock”. I see her opinions before I purchase any bag and really trust her. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
